Hon. Daniel Kalungo, a dedicated leader and aspiring Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Railways Ward, once again demonstrated his deep commitment to community service during a recent harambee held within his ward. The event was organized to raise funds to offset the hospital bill of the late Mama Odada, a respected and beloved member of the community.
In a show of compassion and solidarity, Hon. Kalungo contributed a total of Ksh 10,000 during the fundraiser. Ksh 5,000 was directed toward clearing the medical expenses incurred before Mama Odada’s passing, while the other Ksh 5,000 was offered to support those who had gathered to welcome him and honor the occasion. His gesture was warmly received by residents, many of whom praised his empathy and practical support.
