The Traffic Commander Mr. Ochukut must declare his interest in the case involving Alpha Lorukia AKA Mali Suam.

It is disturbing and painful that a life was lost due to alleged reckless driving, yet instead of assuring the public of justice and transparency, Mr. Ochukut appears more focused on defending the driver than addressing the concerns of the bereaved family and the community.

Justice must never depend on someone’s status, family background, or influence. Every life matters equally before the law. When ordinary citizens begin feeling that the system only protects the powerful, public trust in justice is destroyed.

We therefore call for independent investigations into the conduct of Mr. Ochukut and the handling of this case so that the truth can come out openly and fairly.

Alpha Lorukia AKA Mali Suam deserves justice, and the family deserves answers. No one should be treated as less important simply because they come from a humble background.

It is with deep sorrow that I convey my heartfelt condolences to my brother, friend, and great supporter following the painful loss of Alpha Lorukia, popularly known as “Mali ya Suam.” This tragic loss has left many shocked and heartbroken.

It is painful to witness this matter being taken lightly by those entrusted with enforcing justice, yet the accident was allegedly caused by a reckless driver who is now said to be receiving protection. A life has been lost, and no amount of influence or power can ever replace that life.

As family, friends, and supporters mourn, our only appeal is for justice to prevail fairly and transparently. We believe every life matters equally before the law, regardless of status or background. Justice for Alpha Lorukia is not a favour it is a right.

May God give strength and comfort to the family, friends, and all those affected during this difficult moment. May the soul of Alpha Lorukia rest in eternal peace.
