I love to see you shine in the night
Like the diamond you are
I'm good on the side, it's alright
Just hold me in the dark

No one's gotta know what we do
Hit me up when you're bored
'Cause I live down the street, so we meet
When you need it, it's yours

All I hear is...
Nothing feels better than this
Nothing feels better
Nothing feels better than this
Nothing feels better, oh, nah

I am not a doctor. Not because I never wanted to be one, but by God's design it so went out to be. Have you heard of reports that there's an increase in demand for INSULIN in the country?

We'll, you may ask me where and how Sugar links with insulin and how it's used with diabetic patients, that will come later.

All I wanted to present to us is the name given to different names given to sugar in different people and parts of the body.

Sugar in a baby's brain is called ADHD & AUTISM

Sugar in an adult's brain is ALZHEIMERS

Sugar in a woman's ovaries is PCOS

Sugar in your eyes is GLAUCOMA

Sugar in teeth is CAVITIES

Sugar in blood is DIABETES

Sugar in your body is CANCER

Sugar is the enemy.

It is interesting to see how SKM dreams of becoming the next country's CEO while he has taken a break from roaming the nation after Wamunyoro decided to take a break in the States.

Indeed a dreamer

JThe PRESIDENCY is SANCTUM.It is like a shrine. It is sacred.

The person in it (the president) is supposed to remain stainless like Ceaser's wife.He must be beyond reproach. He must be scarce from the public. His appearance and utterance must be minimal and measured.

His actions must be seen only in the silent implementation of Government policies. His silence should be loud and his actions should be silent, but the effects loud to be heard and seen by all. His movements should be abstruse.

His wife and children should be in a hole and corner, they should not be seen all over - not influencing Government policies.

But,

A president who is readily available and publicly accessible, whenever , and however brings shame and ignominy to the PRESIDENCY.

A president who loiters like a homeless vagabond, making pronouncements through instruments of communication disparages the sanctity of the PRESIDENCY.

The so-called demystification of the presidency has brought dishonour and disrespect to the PRESIDENCY.

The president is a mysterious personality whose imagery and sighting creates SUSPENSE, HONOUR and RESPECT.

Pasted!

How Luos Claimed Back Their Top Spot:

Homabay governor Gladys Wanga is said to have visited and given Mawego Technical Training Institution Comrades Ksh 500 each to appease them a day before the body of slain teacher turned blogger Albert Ojwang arrived for burial.

Unconfirmed sources intimate that bulls were also to be slaughtered for the comrades to feast and forget their comrade who had been slain fighting for a better country and leadership.

Unfortunately, things didn't go down as planned, the convoy ferrying the body was intercepted, the body in the casket taken and the comrades walked for at least three (3) kilometers marching to Mawego Police station.

Unless you have forgotten, Mawego Police station was the station where Ojwang was first booked before being in-procedurally being transferred to Nairobi, Central Police Station where he met his death in a way and manner the security apparatus haven't laid bare.

Taking 'him' to the station was not enough, they torched the station down. It's not a celebratory state of affairs but I hope someone is learning something; money isn't what the youth want, possibly not even the jobs, but more of accountability, order, adherence to law and order, and strategic development, among few others.

Remember the counties in Luo Nyanza recorded order during the commemoration of the June 25 demonstrations, an uncommon feature in that part of the country but on this one, not to support violence and destruction of property, they represented the Gen Zs to the max claiming back their top spot
