New U.S. law signed by President Donald Trump will see Kenyans applying for non-immigrant visas, including tourist, student, work, and exchange categories, pay an extra Visa Integrity Fee of $250 (approx. Ksh 32,500) starting October 1, 2025, on top of existing application charges.

This will effectively push total upfront visa costs to over Ksh 56,500.

After 20 years in a coma, Saudi Arabia’s “Sleeping Prince,” Al-Waleed bin Khalid Al Saud, has sadly passed away.

He slipped into a coma in 2005 after a tragic car accident while reportedly studying in London. Despite signs of slight movement over the years, he never regained full consciousness.

This guy is called Brayo, the Nairobi Biker who is popular for creating street content while biking, especially on Nairobi City roads.

He uploads most of his content on YouTube, on his channel called BIKER NAIROBI.

Brayo is very kind and social. It’s impressive how people recognize him, even though he keeps changing his bikes, always wears a helmet and isn’t the only rider with an Insta360 camera.

Interestingly, in his videos, you hear him respond to every random greeting, no matter how many there are. He never ignores anyone.

You often hear people calling out “Brayoo” and he always responds with his signature “Oyaaa, niaje”

Another interesting thing about him is that he’s always riding. The man roams everywhere and you can’t help but wonder what he actually does, perhaps content creation is his full-time job.

What’s truly admirable about him is his kindness and generosity. He often supports hustlers, as can be seen in his videos.

His videos and photos are amazing, captured from different angles and perspectives thanks to his 360° camera.

You guys should subscribe to his channel. Believe me, you will enjoy it and learn a lot about street life and its dynamics.

SAD!! Killed by Komen's boys on Sabasaba 😭😭😭😭
This is 12 years old Brigid. Brigid was a grade 7 pupil at Benson Njau Primary School in Kiambu.

Brigid was not participating in Saba Saba demos. She was not even interested in watching who was demonstrating where. After all her home area has never had Maandamano in the past. She had was just minding her business.

At about 6.40pm on 7th July Saba Saba, Brigid who is a first born child was seated in their sitting room together with her mother and little sibling. Their father was outside feeding their chicken.

Mama Brigid heard something make a loud sound like an explosion. It's at that time she spotted blood on Brigid's hand. She stretched her hands on this particular hand to check where the blood had come from.

It's at this point Brigid fell down. She had a huge hole in her head. Upon seeing this Mama Brigid screamed. It was so loud that Baba Brigid came running.

They rushed to a neighbour to help with his vehicle. Upon getting to hospital they were told she had a bullet stuck in her head. A few minutes later closed her eyes for good.

She was gone forever to a land of no return.

A stray bullet found her in a place she was comfortable like any child. A stray bullet from someone's parent. Someone seated somewhere right now happy with his day's actions. A place her parents thought would be the most comfortable and most safe.

But now Brigid is freezing in a morgue.

Her primary school was too shocked to recover. None of the learners made it to school today. Not even the teachers. The shock is still real. The pain is too much to bear.
