THE Complainant Hon soipan tuya was formerly married in kajiado to one Mr kinayia where they were blessed with one child. ..Mr kinayia then decided to support her to pursue her studies abroad and after a few year she returned with a masters but she terminated the marriage leaving Mr kinayia in the blues...
The question is,was their divorce in any way fomarlized,either in court or customarily???

If yes ,how much is Mr kinayia paying in child support or alimony per month...

2... why has she hurriedly bypassed all the customary conflict resolution mechanisms and rushed to the courts ,yet her marriage with Stephen kudate was purely conducted with all customary laws observed. ..

3...is it a coincidence that she just rushed to court, when her personal driver and assistant known as karino just chased hi wife....?
