A young Kenyan woman has revealed that she never met her father from the time she was born until she turned 18. Her mother had told her that he was living and working abroad.

According to her, her father began sending her upkeep money while she was in college. However, he would ask her to send him n**e photos in return. Due to the financial difficulties she was facing at school, she said she told her father to contact one of her friends instead and receive the photos from her, while she took a commission from the money he sent.

She explained that the money helped her survive through college and ensured that she never went hungry.

Elijah Masinde’s prophecy is being fulfilled. The passing of ODM party leader Raila Odinga and his blessing of Secretary General Edwin Sifuna is a prophecy coming to pass.

WHO WAS ELIJAH MASINDE?
Elijah Masinde (1910–1987) was a Luhya prophet and the founder of Dini ya Msambwa ("Religion of the Ancestors"). Hailing from the BaBukusu community in Bungoma, he led resistance against British colonial rule in the 1940s and 1950s and was subsequently jailed.

What he predicted about Luhya leadership:
Masinde is believed to have made several prophecies about the Bukusu and Luhya people that many link to contemporary politics:

"A leader will come from the waters" - Some elders interpret "the waters" as Lake Victoria (Nam Lolwe), leading to the common saying, "Luhya leadership will come from the lake." He spoke about power shifting and a future time when the Luhya would unite to produce a national leader.

"The people will be scattered but will return to one voice" - This is widely seen as a historical call for Luhya unity before the community can ascend to the presidency.

He spoke about white cloth, spears, and ancestral spirits guiding the community. To this day, his followers believe his prophecies are still actively unfolding.

Henry Omondi went viral protesting the sale of JKIA to Adani. Touched by his story, Eric Omondi found him and raised over Ksh 1M through Sisi Kwa Sisi.

At first, things looked good — new clothes, a Ksh 6,000 flight to Kisumu, even dentures. Eric later enrolled him at a polytechnic, clearing one semester's fees (~Ksh 30,000) and giving him Ksh 5,000 pocket money.
