​Hon. Anne Wamuratha lists her special skill as "Public Speaking." She was a radio star. She is a motivational speaker. She can talk for hours at a wedding or a funeral. But why has she SILENT in the National Assembly ever since taking an oath of office?

​THE ONLY TIME SHE SPOKE:
Her voice was only heard once. On June 20, 2024, when Gen Zs were on the streets fighting for their lives, she finally opened her mouth. She didn't speak for us. She didn't speak for the jobless. She spoke for the Government. ​She shouted: “YES!” to the Finance Bill.

​THE DISCONNECT:
When asked about the youth struggle on TV47, she actually said:
​“Kenyans aren’t interested in watching how the youth can be supported; they’re more drawn to political drama.”

​Is that what our struggle is, Mama? DRAMA? Is being unable to afford unga and fuel just a "show" to watch?

​THE VERDICT:
Kenyans, particularly from Kiambu County, did not elect a spectator. They did not elect a silent partner. They elected a Representative. If you can’t speak for them, why are you sitting in their chair? Why have you been silent ever since your election? Just pocketing taxpayers money while spitting on the faces of the electorates.

“I Did It Because Raila Lost AUC Elections” Man Arrested for Beating His Wife Tells Court.

A 38-year-old man has today shocked a Makadara court when he claimed that his anger over Raila Odinga’s loss in the African Union Commission (AUC) elections weeks ago led to him beating his wife. The accused, Felix Omondi Odhiambo, was charged with assault after allegedly knocking out three of his wife's teeth during a domestic dispute.

Omondi denied the allegations, saying the real cause of his actions was frustration over the AUC election outcome. He argued in court that he was deeply upset by Raila’s defeat and took out his anger in the wrong way. However, reports indicate that the fight started after his wife failed to buy his favorite meal, pork, for dinner.

When he appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate Paul Rotich, Omondi pleaded not guilty to the charges. His explanation left the courtroom in surprise, with some finding it unusual that a political event could trigger such an incident. The court is set to make a ruling on the matter as the legal process continues.

Our outgoing President William Ruto should know that Education does not rule a country, wisdom does. He should stop bragging about PhD yet his biggest advisor is Oscar Sudi, a class 8 drop out and Faruk Kibet, a class 6 graduate.

32-Year-Old Woman Vanishes After Trip With Employer, Mother Narrates Last Moments

Lucy Wamaitha disappeared while on a trip with her employer. The 32-year-old, who worked for an NGO, has gone missing after traveling to Embu with her boss.

Her mother, Nancy Mungai, says Lucy had gone on a work trip to Embu-Chuka-Meru with her supervisor to run an errand. Before they left, Nancy spoke with Lucy's employer, who kept her updated about the trip.

Everything seemed normal until Lucy’s phone went off at around 7 pm on the same day. Her employer’s phone also stopped working two hours later. Lucy’s mother suspects that her daughter may have run into trouble because of disagreements at work.

She explained that Lucy had mentioned she was not getting along with her bosses. Lucy had discovered that money was being mismanaged at the NGO, which led to a strained relationship between them.

ARRESTS UGANDAN SOLDIERS
KDF officers have arrested two Ugandan soldiers at Sumba Island in Port Victoria, Busia County for attacking and beating up Kenyans. The Ugandan officers, Richard Amrie and Michael Busola, were accused of attacking and mistreating Kenyan fishermen working in Lake Victoria.

The two had already detained several fishermen and were preparing to take them to Uganda when KDF officers intervened. Local fishermen had earlier reported cases of Ugandan security officers harassing them.

They claimed that Ugandan soldiers often crossed into Kenyan waters, detained them for long hours, and even assaulted them without reason. One fisherman revealed how he was beaten after being accused of trying to escape even though he had followed the soldiers' instructions.

Another recalled how one of the officers hit him three times on the chest using a gun. He also said such harassment had become common, and many fishermen feared working in certain areas of the lake.

Good job to our very own KDF. Our local police should learn the spirit of patriotism and comradery from them.

9-YEAR-OLD BOY COMMITS SU***DE
A young boy has been found dead after ending his own life by hanging himself on a mango tree in Riat village, Rachuonyo Sub-County, Homa Bay County.

A neighbor who was passing by saw the lifeless body swaying from the tree and immediately raised the alarm. The 9-year-old boy was a Grade 4 pupil at Aolo Primary School. He had reportedly used a nylon rope to take his own life.

According to VAR, half of the people that attended William Ruto’s rally at Moi Stadium in Mandera were offside as they consisted of different security agencies from KDF, Special forces, Kenya police, GSU, wildlife, forest Rangers etc. Only a few turned up to see the outgoing President.

ACCIDENT AS MAN FALLS TO HIS DEATH
A 35-year-old man, Philip Kibet, has died after falling from the fourth floor of an apartment in Nairobi’s Embakasi area and died instantly. According to police reports, the incident happened as Kibet was having drinks with friends at the apartment.

Witnesses say he accidentally slid from the balcony railing, lost balance, and plunged to the ground floor, landing headfirst. Those present recalled hearing a loud thud, and upon checking, they found Kibet lying on the ground, bleeding from his mouth and ears.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival. A couple that was in the house at the time of the incident was questioned by the police. They confirmed that Kibet’s fall was accidental, explaining that he leaned on the balcony railing before losing balance.

CARETAKER KILLED BY TENANT
Ann Wanjiku, a caretaker in Kayole, Soweto, who shortly went missing has been found dead a day later, in the house of a KDF officer who is also a tenant in the same building where she worked.

According to one of the neighbors, Ann disappeared shortly after she said she was going to the KDF’s house. The tenant reportedly turned against her when she went to inquire about rent which amounted to Ksh 30,000 inclusive of past arrears.

The KDF killed her and hid the body in his bathroom, discovered a day later after an inquiry by her visiting sister Joyce Wambui Ng'ang'a, who found Ann's door open, a sign that she had not gone far. According to Joyce, her sister Ann had shared with her on the phone about how she was frustrated by one of the tenants over rent arrears.

Joyce, who had only come for a visit as her deceased sister was also expecting her, went door-to-door asking about Ann until she stumbled upon the neighbor who told her she saw Ann last on her way to KDF house to inquire about rent. That's when Joyce remembered her sister telling her about a tenant who was frustrating her.

She went to the KDF house and insisted that she must search the house. The KDF’s refusal brought drama in the plot, prompting neighbors to intervene, leading to the horrific discovery in the bathroom. Ann's neck has markings in a suspected death by strangulation.

Two teenagers Peter Ogenga (19 years) and Lillian Nyaboke (18 years) have been arrested by area chief in Kisii for allegedly disturbing neighbors at night while feasting on each other.

The two have been loudly exchanging body fluids in the dead of the night when everyone is asleep in the silent neighborhood. The neighbors say they have always been distracted and at times think it is violence.

“Saa zingne tunasikia kill me, finish me, nimalize kabisa, gonga hapo, ndani kabisa, inabidi tutoke tuone nani anauliwa ju hii Kenya siku hizi huwezi amini masikio yako,” a neighbor in the video said.
