I chose mechatronics in high school because of its fancy name.😅 I had no idea what it actually was. Never revised my course selection — and that's how I landed at JKUAT.
Best accidental decision I ever made.
Nobody told me what mechatronics was before I enrolled — so I'm doing it for you.
Mechatronics is where mechanical engineering, electronics, and software meet. It's the discipline behind every intelligent machine — robots, drones, smart factories, electric vehicles, automated systems.
