القلب والعقل: رؤية إسلامية وعلمية
القلب ليس مجرد مضخة
اكتشف العلماء في أواخر القرن العشرين أن القلب يحتوي على حوالي 40,000 خلية عصبية، شبكة تعرف باسم الجهاز العصبي الذاتي للقلب. والأكثر إثارة للدهشة أن القلب يرسل معلومات إلى الدماغ أكثر مما يرسل الدماغ إلى القلب.

القلب يعالج المعلومات ويتخذ القرارات
تشير الدراسات إلى أن القلب يمكنه معالجة المعلومات واتخاذ القرارات والتأثير على العواطف قبل أن يسجلها الدماغ.

تأثير القلب على الجسم والآخرين
الحقل الكهرومغناطيسي للقلب أقوى 5,000 مرة من حقل الدماغ، مما يعني أنه يمكن أن يؤثر ليس فقط على جسمك ولكن أيضًا على الأجهزة العصبية للأشخاص من حولك.

رؤية القرآن الكريم
منذ 1400 عام، ذكر القرآن الكريم أهمية القلب في الفهم والتدبر. _"أفلم يسيروا في الأرض فتكون لهم قلوب يعقلون بها أو آذان يسمعون بها فإنها لا تعمى الأبصار ولكن تعمى القلوب التي في الصدور"_ (الحج: 46).

الأحاديث النبوية
قال النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم: _"ألا إن في الجسد مضغة إذا صلحت صلح الجسد كله وإذا فسدت فسد الجسد كله ألا وهي القلب"_ (صحيح البخاري 52، صحيح مسلم 1599).

التأمل والتدبر

التكيف مع الضغط من منظور علم النفس الإسلامي
يواجه الجميع ضغوط الحياة في مرحلة ما. في علم النفس الإسلامي، لا يُعتبر الضغط مجرد اضطراب، بل اختبارًا للروح يمكن أن يؤدي إلى النمو الروحي.

5 استراتيجيات للتكيف مع الضغط:
- *توحيد الله*: الإيمان بالله هو أساس السلام الداخلي. _"ألا بذكر الله تطمئن القلوب"_ (سورة الرعد، الآية 28).
- *التوكل والقبول*: بذل قصارى جهدك ثم ترك النتائج لله.
- *الصلاة والذكر*: أفعال العبادة تهدئ الروح وتجلب السلام الداخلي.
- *المحاسبة والمراقبة*: التأمل في النفس والوعي بأن الله دائمًا قريب.
- *الدعم الاجتماعي*: بناء الروابط مع الأصدقاء الصالحين والمرشدين الروحيين.

عندما يأتي الضغط، ابحث عن المعنى وراءه.
في ضوء الإسلام، الضغط ليس فقط ضغطًا — إنه دعوة إلهية للعودة والاتصال بالله مرة أخرى.

بِقَلَمِ: بَشِيرٍ عُمَرَ أَرْغنْغْ:

١. تَوَارَى فِي الثَّرَى مَنْ كَانَ بَدْرًا
فَمَاتَ القَلْبُ، وَارْتَجَفَتْ خُطَاهُ

٢. سَكَنَّا الحُزْنَ لَمَّا غَابَ نَجْمّ
وَمَا جَفَّتْ لِمُقْلَتِنَا دِمَاهُ

٣. أَإِدْرِيسُ الَّذِي سَبَقَ المَنَايَا
كَأَنَّ الدَّهْرَ قَدْ عَجِزَتْ يَدَاهُ!

٤. بَكَاهُ العِلْمُ فِي صَمْتٍ رَهِيبٍ
وَذَابَتْ فِي المَقَاصِدِ مُقْلَتَاهُ

٥. فَيَا مَنْ كُنْتَ نِبْرَاسَ الْبَرَايَا
رَحَلْتَ، وَمَا تَرَكْتَ سِوَى نُقَاهُ

٦. سَيَبْقَى ذِكْرُهُ العَطِرُ اشْتِيَاقًا
تُجَلْجِلُهُ القُلُوبُ، وَمَا سِوَاهُ

٧. دَعَاهُ اللَّهُ فِي وَقْتٍ كَرِيمٍ
فَأَكْرَمَهُ الْإِلهُ بِمَا رَجَاهُ

٨. رَأَيْنَاهُ التُّقَى وَالعِلْمَ زُهْرًا
يُضِيءُ الدَّرْبَ، مُلْتَزِمًا هُدَاهُ

٩. عَلَيْكَ سَلَامُ رَبِّكَ مَا أُنِيرَتْ
قُلُوبٌ بِالهُدَى، وَسَمَا ثَنَاهُ

١٠. حَمَلْتَ العِلْمَ فِي صَبْرٍ وَجِدٍّ
فَمَا خَبَتِ المَنَائِرُ مِنْ ضِيَاهُ

١١. تُعَلِّمُ بِالهُدَى وَالدِّيْنِ دَوْمًا
وَيَدْرِي الْحَقَّ مَنْ يَقْفُو خُطَاهُ

١٢. نَشَرْتَ الوَعْيَ فِي أَوْسَاطِ قَوْمٍ
فَمَا وَهَنُوا وَإِنْ فُقِدَتْ عُلَاهُ

١٣. وَقَفْتَ عَلَى المَنَابِرِ لَا تُجَارَى
تُفِيدُ العِلْمَ فِي نُطْقٍ جَلَاهُ

١٤. فَكَمْ أَحْيَا حَدِيثَ اللَّهِ فِينَا
وَكَمْ سَمَتِ القُلُوبُ عَلَى سَنَاهُ!

١٥. وَكَمْ فُتِحَتْ عُقُولٌ بِالمَعَانِي
بِمَا أَجْرَاهُ رَبُّكَ مِنْ نَدَاهُ

١٦. تَوَاضَعَ، مَا رَأَيْنَا فِيهِ كِبْرًا
كَأَنَّ العِزَّ مَطْوِيٌّ رِدَاهُ

١٧. إِذَا مَا جَاءَ يَلْقَى النَّاسَ وُدًّا
تُفِيضُ الْبَسْمَةُ الْبَيْضَاءُ فَاهُ

١٨. فَمِنْهُ الطِّيبُ فِي خُلُقٍ وَعِلْمٍ
وَمِنْهُ الفَضْلُ مَوْهُوبٌ غِنَاهُ

١٩. أَيَا مَنْ كَانَ فِي الأَخْلَاقِ بَحْرًا
تَفَجَّرَ بِالهُدَى، وَسَمَا ضِيَاهُ

٢٠. إِلَهِي فَاجْزِهِ خَيْرَ الجَزَاءِ
وَأَسْكِنْهُ الْجِنانَ بِمُنْتَهَاهُ

٢١. وَأَكْرِمْ نُزْلَهُ، وَارْفَعْ مَقَامًا
وَمَجِّدْ ذِكْرَهُ، وَارْفَعْ لِوَاهُ

٢٢. وَثَبِّتْهُ إِذَا سُئِلَ ارْتِجَافًا
بِقَوْلٍ لَا يَزِلُّ وَلَا يُتَاهُ

٢٣. وَأَسْكِنْهُ الفَسِيحَ مِنَ الجِنَانِ
مَعَ الأَخْيَارِ إِذْ عَمَّتْ حِبَاهُ

٢٤. سَلَامًا يَا حَبِيبَ القَلْبِ نَبْكِي
بِدَمْعٍ صادِقٍ حَتَّى لِقَاهُ
