Heavenly Father,
When my heart feels tired and my spirit is worn,
I come to You as my place of rest. You see the heaviness
I carry, the battles I fight in silence, and the moments when
I feel like I have nothing left to give.
Lord, You promised to give strength to the weary
and power to the weak. I hold on to that promise now.
Renew my strength where I feel drained.
Calm my mind where I feel overwhelmed.
Restore my soul where I feel broken.
Carry me through every storm I am facing.
When I feel like I cannot stand, be the One who holds me up.
When I feel lost, be my direction. When I feel afraid, be my peace.
Teach me to rest in You, to trust You fully,
and to lean on Your presence more than my own understanding.
Remind me that I do not walk this journey alone.
Thank You for being my refuge, my strength, and my ever-present help in times of trouble.
