Jeff Koinange is an acclaimed Kenyan journalist, television and radio host, and author. He is one of Africa's most prominent media personalities, known for his distinguished career in both international and local media, including a notable tenure as CNN's Senior Africa Correspondent.

Koinange currently hosts the popular talk show Jeff Koinange Live ( ) on Citizen TV in Kenya, known for its in-depth interviews with prominent figures.
He also co-hosts the English-language breakfast show on HOT 96, a radio station owned by Royal Media Services.

From 2001 to 2007, he gained global recognition as the Africa correspondent for CNN and CNN International, where he covered major conflicts and humanitarian crises across the continent.

He is an Emmy and George Foster Peabody Award-winning journalist, the only Kenyan journalist to have received an Emmy Award for his coverage of the devastating famine in Niger in 2005.

He attended Hospital Hill Primary School and completed his A-levels at St. Mary's School in Nairobi.

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from New York University (NYU).

Rashid Abdalla 🥰🥰

Rashid Abdalla is a prominent Kenyan journalist, Swahili news anchor, and film producer. He is best known for co-anchoring the prime-time news bulletin Nipashe Wikendi on Citizen TV with his wife, Lulu Hassan, a first in Kenyan media history.

Abdalla started his media career in radio at Radio Salaam before moving to television, working at QTV and NTV Kenya. In 2018, he joined Citizen TV, where his command of the Swahili language and professional demeanor have made him a respected figure in the industry

Alongside his wife, he is the director of Jiffy Pictures, a successful production house responsible for popular Kenyan telenovelas such as Maria, Zora, Aziza, and Becky.
