Qualifications for head teacher:
-Kenyan citizen registered with TSC.
-Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent
-3 years experience as deputy Teacher or senior Teacher in a primary school setting
-Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and support Teachers
-Strong organizational, planning, analytical and financial management skills
-Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
-Proficiency in digital tools
-Satisfactory performance in the past.
