Men, what do you 🤔

You see, like me here, I have gone for a cervical cancer checkup and I’m being checked by a male gynecologist. I was okay and comfortable because he was very professional 💯

Gynecologists are trained and are professionals. Unless you feel uncomfortable, or they are invading your privacy and doing things you don’t want, then that is not okay 🥒

It is also okay to choose the gynecologist you want, male or female. You can even be accompanies by your partner or a trusted friend 🧡

The important thing is to always go for your checkup. 💜

During s*x or self pleasure a woman can squ!rt 💦 Squ!rting is when fluid comes out of the urethra, the same opening where urine comes out during s*x or self-pleasure 😋

squ!rting not exactly the same as peeing, though it can mix with urine. The fluid mainly comes from glands around the urethra, called Sk£ne’s glands 🚿

It’s normal, it’s not dirty, and it doesn’t happen to every woman. So no pressure! 💧

Samutet,Kapsoit Ward,Ainamoi Constituency Kericho Constituency.

The late Kiprono who hacked his step mother,sister in law and a 3 year old child in a bizarre incident killing the three before a mob descended on him killing him also dropped out of Kakamega Approved School about 5 years ago.

He started smoking bhang and other substance abuse after dropping out school and started engaging in criminal activities.

The father shared with us an OB number where he had gone to report to the Police an incident where his late son had stolen and assaulted him on several occasions and has been doing “bad things” to the mother and his young sister(currently under the rescue and care of a relative).

This is a terrible loss and reflects negatively on the society.

Last night at around 3am someone tried to steal Chebitet Shop situated along kimatisio-Kapkwen route.
The man tried opening the door by passing his hand through that small opening in the metallic door.
The watchman who was inside the shop got alert and Chopped off his hand.
Unfortunately the man escape towards kimatisio area before he was identified.

SUSPECT IN CUSTODY FOR INSULTING KENYA'S NATIONAL FLAG

17 year old Ibrahim Haidar Yusuf, one of the individuals shown in the attached photo who was wanted by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations in connection with an incident involving the desecration of the Kenya's national flag has been arrested.

The incident took place on 20/09/ 2025 at Nyayo Stadium during a football match between Mogadishu City Club and Police FC where two individuals were captured on camera disrespecting the national flag—an act that is both unlawful and deeply offensive to the values we uphold as a nation.

Section 2B of The National Flag Emblem & Names Act, Cap 99 states that; Any person who shows disrespect, in speech, manner or writing, to or with reference to the National Anthem, or to any specified emblem, specified likeness or specified name, or any representation thereof, shall be guilty of an offence.

Efforts to arrest the remaining individual who is believed to be within the country are in place.

BREAKING

A dark cloud hangs over Samutet, Sitotwet Location in Kapsoit Ward, Kericho County after a heartbreaking tragedy.

A young man, said to have been battling drug abuse, turned on his own family — fatally attacking his mother, sister-in-law, and a child. Enraged villagers rushed in and beat him to death on the spot.

In total, four lives have been lost in this horrific incident. Witnesses recall the man shouting unsettling words, including “God needs blood”, as he targeted only female relatives.

This is truly devastating news that has left the community in shock and mourning. 💔

Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved family and all those affected by this tragedy.
