President William Ruto - “Ile maneno ya zamani ya kulipisha wananchi pesa nyingi wakitaka huduma hospitalini tumesema ikome kabisa. Wakenya hawatatozwa tena ili wapate matibabu ya msingi.

Sasa tuko na mfumo mpya unaoitwa Social Health Authority (SHA). Huu ndio utahakikisha kila Mkenya anapata huduma bora za afya bila kuteseka kwa gharama. Tunataka kila mwananchi, iwe tajiri au maskini, awe na uhakika wa kupata matibabu popote nchini bila kubeba mzigo mkubwa wa malipo.

Huu ndio mwelekeo mpya wa serikali huduma bora za afya kwa wote, haki sawa, na maisha yenye utu kwa kila Mkenya.”

Watu wa Ukambani ni Wakenya wenye bidii, wenye akili, na wenye maono. Ni lazima mshiriki kikamilifu katika safari ya maendeleo tunayojenga k**a taifa.

Serikali hii ni ya Wakenya wote kutoka mashambani hadi mijini, kutoka pwani hadi milimani na Ukambani lazima iwe katikati ya mabadiliko haya.

Tumeamua kujenga Kenya mpya yenye maendeleo kwa wote, na hatutaki kuona sehemu yoyote ya nchi ikibaki nyuma kwa sababu ya siasa za upinzani zisizo na faida kwa wananchi.”
