Happiness is the consequence of personal effort. You fight for it, strive for it, insist upon it, and sometimes even travel around the world looking for it. You have to participate relentlessly in the manifestations of your own blessings. And once you have achieved a state of happiness, you must never become lax about maintaining it. You must make a mighty effort to keep swimming upward into that happiness forever, to stay afloat on top of it.

Sometimes we are so focused on our problems,
that we forget where our greatest source of strength comes from..

So when you don't feel like talking to anyone,
no energy to utter another word, talk to God.
The reality of prayers is that they don't have to be said out loud for God to hear us.

For God listens and HE is truly the only one who can make u feel better.

Sometimes..
God breaks your spirit to save your souls.
God breaks our heart to make us whole.
God allows pain so we can be stronger.
God sends us failure so we can be humble.
God allows illness so we can take better care of ourselves.
God takes everything away from us so we can learn the value of everything HE gave us..
