“USA humbles people” I mean~

⭐ 1. The U.S. Can Challenge One’s Assumptions

People Who Come To The United States—Whether For Work, Study, or Immigration—Often Find That:

They Must Sart Over In Certain Ways

Skills or Status From Their Home Country Don’t Automatically Transfer

They Face Intense Competition
This experience can feel humbling, because it forces people to adapt, learn, and sometimes rebuild their identity.

⭐ 2. The Pace And Pressure Of Life Can Be Humbling

The U.S. has:

Fast-paced Work Culture

High Expectations For Productivity

A strong Emphasis On Individual Achievement
This Environment Can Quickly Show Someone Their Limits, Strengths, And Weaknesses.

⭐ 3. Exposure to diversity broadens perspective

Being surrounded by:

👉 Different cultures

Different Socioeconomic Backgrounds

Different Beliefs And Lifestyles
…Can Make Someone Realize How Little They Knew or How Narrow Their Experiences Were Before. That Can Slso Feel Humbling.

⭐ 4. The “American Dream” Teaches Hard Lessons

People Sometimes Assume Success In The U.S. Is Easy, But The Reality Can Be:

👉 Expensive

👉 Competitive

👉 Bureaucratic

👉 Unpredictable
This gap Between Expectation And Reality is Another Source Of Humility.

We Leave Our Fingerprints On Whatever We Touch.
As We Touch Other People's Lives, We Leave Our Identity Within Them. Life Is Better When You Are Happy, But Life Is At Its Best When Others Are Happy Because Of You. Be An Inspiration. *If You Can't Be a Bridge To Connect People, Then Don't Be a Wall To Separate Them.

If You Can't Be a Light To Brighten People's Good Deeds Then Don't Be Darkness Covering Their Efforts.

If You Can't Be Water To Help People's Crops Sprout, Then Don't Be a Pest Destroying Their Crops.

If You Can't Be a Vaccine To Give Lfe, Don't Be a Virus To Terminate It.

If You Can't Be a Pencil To Write Anyone's Happiness, Then Try To Be a Nice Eraser To Remove Their Sadness.

*TOGETHER WE ARE GREAT*

Does it disturb your mind that these days that when a preacher gives "powerful sermon" people run to the pulpit to throw money not to repent?

Does it prick your spiritual conscience that the pulpit is splashed with notes of money and not soul of people in repentance?

Was this so from the beginning, when preachers like Billy Graham preached?

Nowadays people fill the pulpit with senseless cheers of celebrations and not humble groans of repentance! Was this so in the days of the apostles?

What was the primary purpose of preaching the word?

1. To move people to present sacrifices? Or
2. To move people to 'present their bodies as living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God' (Rom.12:1)

I dare challenge that "if you preach 'so powerfully' that people respond with money and gifts; and not with a single drop of tear; You should as well ask wether you told them what they were supposed to be told or You told them what they wanted to be told!!!?
Wether you told them what God wanted them to hear or it's what they longed to hear?

Have we been so accustomed to only think that the best way to respond to God's word is by splashing our money before Him and not our hearts?

Let's remember the Lord’s curse Acts 8:20 “Your money perish with you, because you thought that the gift of God could be purchased with money!"

Who has bewitched us to believe that the best way to connect with God's word is through giving money and not hearts?

Have we just forgotten that 'silver and gold belongs to God'? (Haggai 2:8);And that 'cattle on a thousand hills are His' (Psalm 50:10)
Have we completely forgotten the advice of
Psalms 51:16-17
"For You do not desire sacrifice, or else I would give it;
You do not delight in burnt offering.
The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit,
A broken and a contrite heart—
These, O God, You will not despise."

God may despise others sacrifices and services we do give to Him but He promises that He will never despise a humble, sincere heart.

NB: Am not advocating Christian meanness
Am advocating Christian genuineness
As you splash your money on the altar,
Have you sprawled your heart on the altar?

Just For Humour:

I Don't Have The Ability To Hate You Since You Don't Like Me, I Also Don't Like You 😂
How About That..

"At that time I will deal with all who oppressed you. I will rescue the lame; I will gather the exiles. I will give them praise and honor in every land where they have suffered shame." (Zephaniah 3:19-20)

No Matter What Challenges We Face, God's Promise Remains True—He Is Working To Restore, Uplift, And Bring Us To a Place Of Honor. He Sees Our Struggles, Our Pain, And Our Shame, And He Will Turn Them Into Testimonies Of His Faithfulness. Be Encouraged Today; The God Who Gathers The Broken Is The Same God Who Will Celebrate Your Victory. Trust Him!
