UPDATE: Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen says the government is not aware of Jubaland force's presence in Mandera; adds that reports of their crossing over are under probe.

Murkomen further says if there are people who crossed over as a result of fighting in Somalia, they shall be identified and treated as per international law.
