What happened during the President’s address was deeply concerning and should worry every Kenyan regardless of political affiliation. The office of the President represents the stability and security of the nation, and any breach around such a heavily protected event raises serious questions about preparedness, alertness, and professionalism within the security apparatus.
It is difficult to understand how an individual could move from within a crowd toward a sitting Head of State without immediate interception. Presidential security is expected to operate with precision, coordination, and constant situational awareness. Moments like these expose dangerous gaps that could easily be exploited under far more serious circumstances.
What is even more troubling is that, in many public events, some officers appear more focused on controlling ordinary attendees than maintaining actual strategic vigilance. Security is not about intimidation or occupying front-row seats; it is about observation, prevention, and rapid response. A single moment of negligence around a President can have national consequences.
This should not become a political debate or a social media joke. It should be treated as a professional failure that requires urgent review and corrective action. The safety of the President is directly tied to the image, confidence, and stability of the country itself.

WITH ALL DUE RESPECT
“Give a man a microphone long enough, and eventually the same system he fought may hand him a seat at the table.”
The world keeps teaching us that every man has a price; the only difference is the size of the offer placed before him. Some are bought with crumbs, others with comfort. A sharp suit, a luxury car, flashing cameras, soft handshakes in air-conditioned rooms, and suddenly the fire in the voice begins to cool. After all, even the loudest drum can change rhythm when the drummer finally eats.
Yesterday, we watched another chapter unfold. Men who once stood shoulder to shoulder with the struggling citizen slowly appeared in different colors once opportunity knocked wearing polished shoes and carrying promises wrapped in silk. The afro-haired activist, the rough-haired street commentator, even the famous “with all due respect” voices — all reminding us that when the tide changes, some boats quietly drift with it.
Meanwhile, the ordinary Kenyan is still counting coins at the petrol station, watching fuel prices rise like smoke with no ceiling. The matatu fare climbs. Food prices follow behind like obedient children. Yet somewhere else, another man is finally tasting the sweetness of influence and discovering that the grass inside the fence is greener after all.

Pesa Iko Wapi? Why Kenyans Are Asking Hard Questions
Kenya today is facing one of its toughest economic moments in recent years. From rising taxes to expensive fuel, many citizens are struggling to survive while hearing about billions lost through debt, corruption, and pending government bills. Across homes, matatus, businesses, and social media, one question continues to dominate conversations:
“Pesa iko wapi?”
The phrase is no longer just political rhetoric. It reflects the frustration of ordinary Kenyans who feel they are paying more but receiving less in return.
The Burden of Debt
Kenya’s public debt has risen into trillions of shillings. Citizens understand that governments borrow money to build roads, hospitals, schools, and infrastructure. However, many Kenyans are now questioning whether the borrowed money is truly improving their lives.
People are asking:
Why are taxes increasing every year? Kenya Digital News
Why are hospitals still underfunded?
Why are young people unemployed?
Why are schools and counties constantly lacking funds?
For many families, life keeps becoming harder despite promises of economic growth.

This morning I came across this post by one of the most loaded ladies around, and now I understand why I run up and down every day, sleep late, wake up early, learn A.I because it’s 2026—and yet I still feel like I’m running on a treadmill. Tell me why… heh heeeh heh, tell me why… wueh!
Lakini sio kwa ubaya—my goodness, if I’m not witnessing an ancestor living amongst us, then this is the return of the living dead. I chose to be poor; I’ve come to peace with this fact. Tundo ma nie ma, sina nguvu.

Don’t be misled by the graceful, eloquent Maasai lady, beneath that elegance is a powerful political force. Her name is Naserian, the spelling could be wrong but not my analysis, this lady is a political beam of energy in Kajiado. She delivers her arguments with the precision of a missile, cutting through the noise and leaving audiences fully engaged.
Her composure isn’t just admirable; it’s strategic, allowing her to command attention and shape conversations with ease. Anyone eyeing a political seat who mistakes her for just an innocent-looking diva is seriously underestimating her. She’s sharp, impactful, and impossible to ignore.
If you know her, just smile and tell her, "tunakujua" and that she’s truly celebrated though.
