Eric Omondi spent time with the grieving family of Boniface Kariuki, the young hawker who was shot at close range during the June 17 protests and later succumbed to Brain injuries.
As he stood beside Boniface’s heartbroken father, Eric offered words of comfort and solidarity. “We will remember his name,” he said firmly, assuring the family that Boniface’s story will not be forgotten, and that their pain is not theirs to carry alone.
In a time of national grief and growing calls for justice, Eric’s presence was a reminder that behind every protest victim is a family shattered, dreams cut short and a name that deserves to be honored.🙌
