Subject: Petition to recall Hon Mohamed Adow, Wajir South MP
Dear Sir/Madam
We the undersigned registered Voters of wajir south constituency, hereby submit this petition to formally request the recall of Hon Adow Mohamed from his position as member of parliament for failing to adequately represent our interests, particularly concerning the finance Bill of Kenya 2024-25,
Reasons for our petitions are as follows:
1) FAILURE TO LISTEN TO THE CONSTITUENT'S
Hon Mohamed Adow has consistently disregarded the concerns and inputs of the people of Wajir south constituency regarding the finance Bill of Kenya 2024, dispite widespread opposition and outcry from constituents on specified provisions affecting our community,he has not acted in accordance with our wishes nor communicated effectively on our behalf.
2) NEGLECT OF REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
As our elected representative, Hon Adow has neglected his duties to engage with and advocate for the interest of Wajir south constituents in the matters of National regislations,his failure to actively participate in discussions and address our concerns regarding the finance Bill highlights a lack of commitment to fulfilling his responsibilities as a member of parliament.
3)LOSS OF CONFIDENCE: there is a significant loss of confidence among the electrorate in Hon Mohamed Adow to represent us effectively in parliament,his actions and lack therefore regarding to the finance Bill has contributed to a growing disillusionment with his leadership and responsiveness, to the needs of our community, in accordance with our constitutions rights and electoral laws of Kenya,we urge the electoral commission to initiate the necessary procedures for the recall of Hon Adow from office, the voice and interests of the electrorates must be respected and it's essential to restore effective representation and accountability in Wajir south constituency, attached are signatures of registered voters of Wajir south constituency, we argue the commission to listen to the concerns of Southern constituents
