Money isn’t hiding. It’s sitting right next to the problems nobody wants to touch.
Look around—traffic in Nairobi is chaos, yet someone turned it into a boda delivery empire.
People hated banking queues, and M-PESA was born. Farmers struggled with markets, and platforms now connect them directly to buyers.
Every fortune hides behind a frustration.
But here’s where most people go wrong: they chase the cash instead of the cause.
They sit around asking, “What business makes the most money?”
That’s the wrong question. The right question is, “What problem do people desperately need solved?”
The truth is simple: money follows value. You don’t get rich begging, wishing, or manifesting.
You get rich by spotting a gap, filling it, and making life easier for someone else.
People pay to have their headaches removed. If you are not solving anything, why should anyone pay you?
While many are out here begging for jobs, the ones creating jobs are not “lucky.”
They just solved problems others ignored. You don’t need to invent the next M-PESA.
Start small: design better posters, fix broken websites, tutor kids who can’t keep up, deliver groceries faster. Every solution is a seed.
So stop running after money like it’s hiding from you. Focus on problems. The bigger the problem you solve, the bigger the cheque that follows.
Because at the end of the day, money doesn’t chase dreamers. It chases problem-solvers.
