God is a giver and yet he’s a receiver as well! We are his children and by the spirit have inherited these attributes as apart of our character also. When in the Spirit we are givers as well and likewise as we are givers we consequently also become receivers. One key to consider is that to give is to let Go of what you posess what you have enjoyed what you value what is your resource or possibly affection. To give is to emulate our Father whom by which all things come thru and from above, so as we give as our Father gives yes we resemble our Father, and as we give we demonstrate additional characteristics of our father such as love kindness compassion esteeming others highly and above ourselves being selfless verses selfishly clinging to what’s in our hands or our possession. So when we give we are like our Father demonstrating his character his love and most importantly that we are grateful for the resource we have in our hand , but we give it releasing it to others most importantly saying I’m even more grateful not the resource, but the
Real source of my giving My God and savior and loving Heavenly Father. Yes I release what’s n my hand so I don’t hold it too tightly too long, causing me to trust it or love it too much, and by giving and releasing it , I’m demonstrating my love for others but more importantly I’m saying God my love for you oh God is greater than anything I possess , or that’s in my hand and I’m letting go not trusting in it , but I’m now empty handed trusting you and finding you as my love and affection.
I now give and therefore I consequently receive. Not to give is to cling and resist and to trust and to love the wrong things. Our God is a giver and a receiver of our praise our deep worship our adoration affection and respect awe and reverence. He is a receiver so worthy and deserving of a continually sound of love and affection and triumph from his people. We were created for the very purpose of bringing him glory and pleasure!! He is so clearly known and seen by his people from of old , as a God who gives, n yet let us know beyond all things he also most importantly is a God who must receive from our life the praise the pleasure and all the Glory.
So to sum it up when we give we become like God! When we give we receive from God! When we give we show God I let go as I trust not in this, but in you.
When we give our hands are now empty raised in worship in the expectation of faith prepared then ready to also receive!
Giving and receiving always go hand n hand.
Lastly consider, silver and gold have I none, but such as I have I give raise up in the name of Jesus. 2 kings the widow and her oil. Elijah asks what do you have in your house ? Or what do you posess or your resource? It’s what was in her hand. Next it became from what she had the resource but miraculously then what God possessed and as she began to pour or to give or let go of the resource she then began to receive the amazing power and presence and promise of God, receiving him once again as her RealSource of all she could want and in abundance of all she would ever need. Yes Ndio!! Asante sana yesu you are a giver oh God and you are also a receiver it’s your flow of life from you to us , in us and thru us oh Great God. U now call us into this life as givers and not clingers of resources, but givers and clingers of Jesus our
Real source!! Hallelujah!!
Bless your name forever!!
