Mwas719 is in trouble after sending his errand boy to dispatch a brand-new Tecno Camon 40 worth 23K through Ena Coach. To cut delivery costs, the boy declared it as a power bank worth 4,800. 📦📱

The parcel got lost. Ena Coach now says, “We’ll only pay what you declared – in this case, 4,800.” 😮

And that’s how a whole 23K phone is getting kes 4,800 as compensation 😬

Big lesson:
👉🏽 Sellers – Don’t let desperation for sales push you into misquoting items or paying delivery yourself. It’s a loss waiting to happen.
👉🏽 Buyers – Delivery is part of the cost. Buy what you can comfortably afford after factoring delivery. Safety over shortcuts.
👉🏽 Delivery companies – High prices don’t always mean big profits on our side. Sometimes, that “expensive product” has the thinnest margins.

At the end of the day, if you book a phone as a power bank, you’ll only be paid back a power bank. 📉
