In Kisii town, Vincent Mosioma shot his girlfriend Veron Walker to death. He then fatally shot himself to death.

Vincent found some messages in his darling's phone which suggested that she was being eaten by several other men.

In his state of disbelief, he was unable to come to terms with that reality and took law into his own hands.

Very sad!

Identical twin sisters Brittany and Briana married identical twin brothers Josh and Jeremy in 2017 after meeting at the Twins Day Festival. After their “quaternary marriage”, a term used to describe identical twins marrying identical twins, both couples gave birth to baby boys at the same time in 2021 which is considered “quaternary multiples”, which means children born to two sets of identical twins. Although technically cousins, the boys are genetically brothers. By the way, both families live together in the same house in Virginia.

WIFE FINDS MAN IN MATRIMONIAL BED

A Wife came Home early and found her Husband in their Bedroom making love to a very Attractive Young Woman. She was very Upset.

_"You are a DisrēspĂȘctful PÄ«g!"_ she Cried.

_"How dare you do this to me – a Faithful Wife, the Mother of your Children! I'm Leaving you. I want a Divorce, NOW!"_

The Husband calmly replied, _"Hang on just a Minute Love. At least let me tell you what Happened."_

_"Fine, go ahead",_ the Wife Sobbed, _"but they will be the last Words you say to me!"_
The Husband Began:

_"Well, as I was getting into the Car at Work to drive Home, this Young Lady here asked me for a Lift. She looked so Distressed, Helpless and Defenceless that I took Pity on her and let her into the Car."_

_"She was very Thin, not well Dressed and very Dirty and told me that she hadn't Eaten for Three Days."_

_"Out of Compassion, I brought her Home and Warmed up the Pizza I made for you last Night that you wouldn’t eat because you're afraid you'll put on Weight. The Poor thing Ate it, Ravenously."_

_"She was Dirty. I suggested she have a Shower. While Showering, I noticed her Clothes were Filthy and Threadbare. I threw them away."_

_"I gave her the Designer Jeans that you’ve had for a Few Years, but don’t Wear because you say they are too Tight."_

_"I gave her Underwear, your Anniversary Present from me, which you don’t Wear because you said I don't have Good Taste."_
_"I gave her the Sexy Blouse my sister gave you for Christmas, that you don’t Wear just to annoy her.

I also donated those Boots you bought at an expensive Boutique but don’t Wear because someone at Work has the same Pair."_
The Husband Paused, took a quick Breath and continued:

_"She was so Grateful for my understanding and help that as I walked her to the Door, she turned to me with Tears in her Eyes and said, “Please Sir... Do you have anything else that your Wife doesn’t use?”

From Mr Koikai's Tribute.

Him and Mama Njambi (Stellah Wambui) were never married. They were friends and their friendship resulted to pregnancy.

He was informed about the pregnancy late and the lady later "disappeared"

Stella would later look for him when Njambi was already born and was 4 months old.

He had his first encounter with his daughter, but the re-union was short lived as he was posted outside the country almost immediately.

He came back to the country 14 years later. Njambi was 14 and was at Ngara Girls in form one.

Njambi went to look for him in his office. And for the first time, Njambi saw her father. And they became so close.

He later transferred Njambi from Ngara to Aria Girls and to Makini School.

Then he took her to DayStar University for her undergraduate degree. He was present at Njambi's graduation.

He then used his connections and got a job for his daughter at KBC

"From the time i accepted you as my daughter,I never stopped paying your school fees or supporting you in other ways," he said these words amidst tears.

Even after getting her the job, the man still paid for Njambi's school fees as she was doing her Masters in International Relations and when she went to France to further her studies.

He was present in his child's life despite the hitches that were there during her childhood.

He wasn't a deadbeat. A day before Njambi's death, her daughter sent him a message thanking him for all the good things he has done in her life since their first encounter.

I know sometimes you got entangled with a man who has never supported you since he made you pregnant and has severally neglected his children that you gave birth to, and may be, you might be tempted to start projecting your hurt and stress on this innocent man and using him to curse your deadbeat ngulusumu, please stop it because he wasn't a deadbeat.

He was there for his daughter. He did the best. Most men can't do what he did.

He couldn't stand the loss of a child he loved so much.

The guilt of not being able to save his beloved daughter from the painful jaws of death couldn't let him live happily after seeing his daughter lying in a casket.

When you're grieving and then guilt takes over, you can never survive unless you have a strongest support system which it seems the man never had at the moment.

He is dead. Allow him rest. Stop using his death as a case study of what will happen to your deadbeat baby daddy.

Nothing will happen to your deadbeat. Heal and move on

Rest in peace Mr and Ms Koikai.

You both shall continue your love and bond up there in heaven.

She found another guy and left me. I wanted it to work. I wanted her to stay. I begged her to consider how far we've come and look forward to how far we could go. She didn't care. She just wanted to leave so I allowed her.

Unsurprisingly, she went in for the guy who was the reason for the misunderstandings in our relationship. I saw them together and my heart broke all over again. She didn't call me for weeks, not as if I was expecting her calls but one morning she called me;

"Ato, do you still have a copy of my research work?"
"Unless I check. Is anything the problem?"
"I lost everything. I'll be dead if I don't get it by tomorrow. The final submission is this Friday. Please check for me."

I went on my PC and I found the copy of the last update. I did the whole research work. Her only contribution was sending it to her supervisor and coming back with the corrections. I called her, "Yeah I saw it. I have the last copy." She screamed, "Thank God. I'll come for it tomorrow."

When she texted she was coming I replied, "You have a new boyfriend now. Why don't you let him do one for you? This one is mine. I did it. My intellectual property."

She thought I was joking until I blocked her line. She called with another line, which I missed. When I called back it was her boyfriend who picked. He said, "Chairman, my girl is desperate. If it's money you want just say it and we'll pay. Don't do that to her." I replied, "I was in your position when I did this project work for her. Why can't you do the same?"

I blocked him too. It was petty but the best revenge I've ever had on an ungrateful woman who only takes and gives nothing back. I don't know how the story ended but I know it wasn't pretty because I didn't see her graduation pictures.

I was dating two guys simultaneously. One was

Benjamin and the other was Bernard. It was hard dating two guys at the same time but what's harder is trying not to use one's name to call the other. Their names started with 'B' so sending them text messages became a struggle. I found myself texting Bernard what I intended to text Benjamin. I was lucky. It wasn't anything serious.

To avoid the risk of interchanging their names, I stopped calling them with their names. I called both of them "Babe." They loved it. They called it a step up in our relationship but to me, it was just a safety mechanism.

I wasn't sleeping with any of them. I was assessing who had what it took to carry me to the end of time. They both had some qualities I loved and some qualities I hated. But to be honest with you, I didn't mind who I ended up with after dating them both for almost a year.

One night, Bernard called and it was a call waiting. I was on the phone with Benjamin. When I later called back he asked who I was on the phone with. I tried to explain but he didn't believe me. While I was on the phone trying to explain, Benjamin called again. It was a call waiting but he wouldn't stop. He called and called until I got frustrated. When I ended Bernard's call and picked up, he screamed, "You said goodnight to me a moment ago. Why are you on the phone with another person?"

He accused me of cheating. "You won't date me properly because you have someone else," he said. I retorted, "How did we get here? This is the first time this is happening so why don't you all believe me?"

"Why don't you all? Who are the 'all'?"

I cut the line and switched off my phone. Minutes later, I heard a knock on my door. It was Benjamin. He didn't understand why I would turn off my phone. We were arguing. It was wild. Not long afterwards, my door swung open. It was Bernard. They both stared at each other wondering who was who to me.

When things start to fall apart, it doesn't fall slowly. Just once and it's all down. I refused to answer their questions. They started talking to each other, answering the questions I refused to answer. Bernard said, "So you're the reason" and stormed out. Benjamin stayed a little longer questioning his place in my life and if indeed I loved him. He asked, "So he's the one you're sleeping with?"

I shook my head and asked him to leave so I sleep. He didn't leave. He sat in the chair and demanded answers. "I won't leave until you explain." I took my time and explained everything to him. "I'm not sleeping with him. If I won't sleep with you while would I sleep with him? The truth is I was assessing you both."

"So who will you choose?" He asked me.

I didn't answer his question until two years later when we exchanged our vows in front of God, family and friends. "It's you I chose because you believed me and stayed. Even if you didn't believe me, you loved me enough to give me one more chance."

Living Abroad and Building for Caretakers to Enjoy, The Wisdom of the African

I recently argued that many caretakers looking after the properties of those living abroad are the true owners or beneficiaries of these properties.

Usually, an African will erect a beautiful house back home while living abroad and then another person called a caretaker will be employed to live in the house, enjoy the house and watch over the house every day.

The legal/actual owner visits once a year for about 2-3 weeks to enjoy the property. The caretaker enjoys it every day.

Interestingly, the caretakers enjoy the property right from completion, when everything is fresh and beautiful. The legal owner may finally return home 10 or 15 years later, if lucky, to enjoy the remnant of the property; when style, taste, and beauty have all diminished.

Why? Because we are told this is what we ought to do. Build back home when you are never there, spend your money on things far away from you, for others to enjoy.

Even if I was not a minimalist, I couldn’t also see any good reason why a person with a family size of 3 or 4, wife and a child or two children, would build a 9-bedroom house in Africa; leaving about 6 rooms empty all the time to be occupied probably by the ghosts of their ancestors. Obviously a wastage in having a 9-bedroom family house, that the rooms are never used by the family, and the cost of maintenance is always a financial drain or another waste of resources.

You wouldn’t go and buy 10 doughnuts in the morning and just eat 3 and throw away the 7, simply because you can afford them. So why do the same with buildings?

I know someone who is building a 12-bedroom house in his village as his personal residence and this has taken 9 years so far, he is still on it. In the meantime, he is renting a small room in the US and he says he will one day leave to go back home to live in his mansion. He may die in US. Currently the design of this mansion is even outdated, and he has at least 5 years more to complete based on the pace.

In 2018, a certain young man, 43 years, died in the USA from a heart attack while asleep. It was 3 days after his death that he was found. He too was living in a small room, working 16 hours a day for 6 days and putting all his monies into building a 9-bedroom house back home on a piece of land he bought. When he died, his family/wife sold the house. It was too big for them to even maintain if it was completed. This was not also completed.

A lot of Africans abroad indeed build houses back home to create a certain impression of themselves or just to show off, and while doing so, they forget to live in the moment thinking they will one day, when on pension or old, go and enjoy these houses.

Who is an old man or woman going to impress? At 65 and over, you will be frail, battling to live each day and no one will care. How many people really live to enjoy anything beyond the pension age? At age 65 or 70. What would you be doing with a 12-bedroom residential house? In fact, how are you going to climb the stairs at that age?

When white people get old, they sell their huge houses to downsize, but we seem to want to live like rats when young and energetic, and then live like kings and queens when we are about to die.

While we must plan for the future, we must do so prudently and with the wisdom that today is all we really have, the future is a probability. Don’t grossly neglect your now because of a probability; tomorrow.

Invest in your future but do so while living a meaningful and balanced life today.

A woman who left a 4 days old baby with her ex to date a Nigerian has spoken.

The smart girl said, "Mimi nilikuwa nimemake it clear with him that mimi sitaki mtoto. I still have my future, nilimwambia kuwa I will keep the pregnancy, but whatever comes out of it is on him. I went back to my life. I didn't expect this guy to cause havoc ati nilimzalia nikamwachia mtoto. Nilijua niko na moto nikazaa na nikapea mwenye mtoto."

The lady says she does not give a damn about the baby so long as she didn't leave the kid on the streets. Additionally, she asks whether the kids whose mothers die during birth go to their graves to suckle.

In her closing statement she said, "I didn't expect that huyo jamaa ataleta maneno yetu private online. Na tena, mimi siwezi kaa na mtu ako na zero coins."

A Smart Girl this one.
