𝐉𝐔𝐁𝐀, 𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓- President Salva Kiir Mayardit has received a comprehensive report from the delegation that recently visited Port Sudan to engage in discussions on bilateral cooperation with the Sudanese authorities.

The team was led by Presidential Advisor on National Security Affairs, Tut Gualak Manime. Tut informed the President of the meeting’s outcomes, during which the two sides engaged in discussions on security, oil, trade, and investment.

Tut said the government has expressed its commitment to safeguarding and securing the oil fields in Panthou or Heglig to guarantee the uninterrupted flow of crude oil.

Said Chawul Lom, has reportedly cancelled the recent controversial directives issued by the Director General of Traffic Police, Kon John, with the exception of regulations on vehicles with tinted windows.
