Some Encounters Make the Entire Game Drive Worth It.

We were out searching.

Then, there she was.

A leopard resting quietly in the wild, completely at home in her surroundings.

For a few moments, the game drive stopped being about where we were going.

Everyone simply watched.

The morning starts quietly.

Then elephants appear across the plains, moving through the grass with Kilimanjaro rising behind them.

Some Lions You Watch. Others Become Part of Your Story.

Waking up to the Molibany boys never gets old.

I’ve watched Oloju, Oinoti, and Letipat grow from tiny, curious cubs into the magnificent lions they are today.

And somehow, it feels even more personal knowing I was lucky enough to give these boys their names.

This morning, three of the boys were together.

Oloju. Oinoti. Letipat.

Oldugoret was missing from the group, hopefully somewhere out there writing his own chapter in the wild.
