📋ll PayPal has been the most unfair money transfer site, ever since they started operating in Kenya.

They always want to show the world how 'transparent' they are yet, when looked closely, there's really nothing so special.

They started restricting accounts as back as 2019 and whatever they are currently doing is not new.

Don't they have proper mechanism to verify the money being transferred inn their platform or are they still in 1999 where technology was still at it's infant stages?

Is Kenya the only country laundering money?

PayPal should move with time, or they will be left behind.

Filling that void they are creating will not be that difficult, with all the emerging technology.

📋ll In my view, there needs to be a legal framework that limits the practice of suspects covering their faces during court appearances, particularly in cases involving serious offences that have resulted in loss of life. When a tragedy claims the lives of innocent students, the public naturally seeks accountability, transparency, and justice.

The dormitory fire robbed families of their daughters, shattered dreams, and left an entire nation mourning. Young girls who went to school in pursuit of an education never returned home. Some died in horrifying circumstances, trapped by flames and smoke, while their parents received the devastating news that their children would never walk through their doors again.

The justice system should place greater emphasis on openness in court proceedings. Courts are public institutions, and justice is often said to work best when it is seen to be done. Allowing suspects in high-profile cases to routinely conceal their identities can create a perception that they are being protected from the scrutiny that accompanies allegations of serious wrongdoing.

The footage has reportedly become a key piece of evidence as investigators seek to establish whether the fire was a deliberate act and who may have been involved.

The blaze tore through the dormitory in the dead of night while students were asleep, leaving many trapped as flames rapidly engulfed sections of the building. Survivors recounted scenes of panic, confusion, and desperate attempts to escape through windows as thick smoke filled the corridors. 📋ll ORENGO LIFE LONG RESISTANCE AND WHY HE CAN'T LET GO

If there is one thing that seems to have remained constant throughout James Orengo's political life, it is his close relationship with controversy, resistance, and political confrontation. To many of his supporters, that is the mark of a principled leader who refuses to compromise his beliefs. To his critics, it is evidence of a politician who is perpetually at odds with the establishment.

From his days as a student leader and pro-democracy activist, Orengo built his reputation on challenging authority. During the early 1990s, he was among the most vocal opponents of President Moi's government, enduring arrests, detention, and political persecution.

His confrontational style did not end with the Moi era. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Orengo found himself entangled in political supremacy battles within the Luo political landscape, at times differing sharply with Raila Odinga as both leaders sought to shape the future direction of opposition politics in Nyanza and beyond.
Despite eventually becoming one of Raila's closest allies and trusted lieutenants, Orengo never entirely shed his reputation as an independent-minded politician willing to challenge even those within his own political circles whenever he felt principle was at stake.

Today, that same spirit appears to be alive and well. As Governor of Siaya County, Orengo has increasingly found himself at loggerheads with President William Ruto's administration, maintaining a critical stance on several government policies and governance issues. At the same time, his differences with fellow ODM leaders, including Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga, have occasionally spilled into the public arena, highlighting emerging debates within the opposition camp.

Whether one agrees with him or not, Orengo's political journey tells the story of a man who has spent much of his life on the frontlines of political battle

📋II WAITHAKA WARD RIVALS TO CLASH AGAIN ON DAGORETTI SOUTH MP SEAT RACE

In the lead-up to the 2022 General Election, Waithaka Ward witnessed a fierce political contest between two candidates determined to secure the MCA seat.

On one side was UDA's Anthony Kiragu, popularly known as Bishop, and on the other was Jubilee's Fanya Mambo Kinuthia.

The strong wave of support for President William Ruto within the Kikuyu community in 2022 played a significant role in helping Bishop clinch the Waithaka Ward MCA seat. Meanwhile, Fanya Mambo, who was widely viewed as Raila Odinga's ally in the area, found it difficult to overcome the prevailing anti-Odinga sentiment that characterized much of Dagoretti South at the time.

Fast forward to today, and the political rivalry has taken a new turn.
Fanya Mambo Kinuthia, who has consistently maintained his anti-Ruto stance and has intensified his criticism of the Kenya Kwanza administration, is now seeking the Dagoretti South parliamentary seat and is reportedly eyeing the DCP ticket.

His longtime rival, Anthony "Bishop" Kiragu, the current Waithaka Ward MCA, is also in the race for the Dagoretti South MP seat, this time under President Ruto's UDA party.

The stage is set for another political showdown between two familiar rivals.
