It takes 21 days to create a habit, it takes 90 days to create a lifestyle.
This month I noted down things I want to do consistently for the next 31 days. Here are a few of those things;
1. Drink a glass of lemon warm water first thing in the morning
2. An hour of listening to a podcast and prayer
3. Pick a day of the week dedicated to fasting
4. An hour of an online course (hoping to finish the DM learning hours & get my certificate)
5. An hour of home school learning
6. Plan my weekly to do list every Sunday evening
7. Write my day to day to do list the night before
8. And minding my business π
Hope I'll be able to achieve this. π€
