APPOINTMENT ||
Terry Ouko, a former Harambee Starlets defender, has been appointed by FIFA as the Sustainability and Human Rights Venue Manager at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup.
In this role, she will oversee the matchday implementation of FIFA standards regarding safeguarding, human rights, anti-discrimination, inclusion, and environmental sustainability. Terry's leadership will ensure that every fixture at the venue is hosted in a safe, respectful, and responsible environment for fans, teams, officials, and staff.
Terry is one of Kenya's most influential football administrators. She serves as the Vice President of the Kenya Footballers’ Welfare Association (KEFWA) and holds various positions, including serving on the FIFPRO Board and as the Vice Chairperson of the Futsal and Beach Soccer Committee. Moreover, she is actively involved in Women and Youth Development under the Africa Beach Soccer Union (ABSU).
