I tried authentic Egyptian food in Nairobi, and it turned out to be one of the most unique dining experiences I’ve had recently. 🇪🇬✨

From flavorful Kofta and homemade grilled sausages to delicious Mahashi and Okra Tajin, every dish introduced me to something new. Add in the beautiful ambiance, and this is definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re looking to explore different cuisines in Nairobi.

I’ve passed this building countless times, but I never realized how much history was hiding inside.

The Nairobi Gallery isn’t just an art gallery—it’s Kenya’s Point Zero, the place from which distances across the country are measured. It was also once known as “Hatches, Matches and Dispatches” because births, marriages, and deaths were all recorded here.

It’s amazing how some of Nairobi’s most fascinating stories are hidden in places we walk past every day.

With Father’s Day around the corner, I wanted to find a place that offered more than just good food.

So I took Mirha on a little Baba-daughter date to The Village, and safe to say, it exceeded expectations. From the beautiful ambiance and rooftop views to the amazing food and desserts, it turned into one of those experiences we’ll remember for a long time ❤️

And the best part? Ending the meal with the person who made me a father in the first place.

I found Nairobi’s newest Middle Eastern restaurant, and it might just be one of my new favourite spots.

From the beautiful Middle Eastern-inspired ambience to the delicious chicken and lamb mandi, Tinaar made a great first impression. The food arrived hot, packed with flavour, and honestly served one of the best mandis I’ve had in Nairobi.

I don’t usually recommend products after using them once.

I’ve been using Zayra’s Hair Strengthening Mask consistently for the past few weeks before sharing my thoughts, and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference in how my hair looks and feels.

One thing I appreciate is that it’s made with natural ingredients like rosemary, fenugreek, gooseberry, and hibiscus. It does take a little patience when washing it out, but if a product is working for me, I’m happy to put in the extra time.

I hit 10K followers… but the bigger surprise was finally trying donuts for the first time ever. 🍩😳

To celebrate the milestone, My Home Bakery sent over a box of freshly made donuts with the sweetest note inside. I got to try four flavours: chocolate, white chocolate, icing glaze, and lemon glaze.

Safe to say I’ve been missing out all these years. 😂 Chocolate was my favourite, with white chocolate coming in a close second.

I ended up sharing them with my family, and they disappeared pretty quickly. If you’re looking for fresh donuts in Nairobi or Mombasa, definitely give them a try.

We came to review a kids’ play area. Things got competitive very quickly. 😂

What started as a family day out at Bounce turned into an afternoon of jumping, climbing, racing, and trying to prove who was better. Safe to say, we got a little carried away.

Meanwhile, Mirha was having the time of her life while we completely forgot we were adults for a while. 😅

Honestly, this might be one of the most fun family activities we’ve done in Nairobi. Would you give it a try?

Who knew Nairobi had this many Bollywood lovers in one room? 🎤✨

I had the chance to attend A Night Full of Stars, the first-ever show by Rhythm and Raga in Nairobi, and what a night it was!

From timeless classics to modern Bollywood hits, the audience sang along to every song, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a celebration than a concert. Seeing a packed venue filled with people connected by their love for Bollywood music was truly special.

Congratulations to Rhythm and Raga on a successful debut show in Nairobi. Looking forward to seeing what they bring next! 🎶❤️
