The 2024 KCSE exam results are out!
The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has officially released the 2024 KCSE results. Out of the 962,512 candidates who sat for the exams:
A total of 1,693 candidates scored an overall grade of A, representing 0.18% of all candidates.
246,391 candidates achieved a grade of C+ and above, meeting the minimum university entry requirement. This represents 25.53% of the total candidates.
476,889 candidates attained a grade of C- and above, qualifying them for TIVET/Diploma courses, accounting for 49.41% of the total.
605,774 candidates achieved a pass grade of D+ and above, which is 62.76% of all candidates.
Unfortunately, 840 candidates had their results canceled due to confirmed exam irregularities. Additionally, results for 2,829 candidates have been withheld pending further investigations.
Students can access their individual results through the KNEC portal at https://results.knec.ac.ke by entering their index number and one of their registration names. Candidates experiencing difficulties accessing results can contact KNEC's toll-free numbers: 0800 724 900 or 0800 721 410.
