📖 “Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet.”

We often think leadership means having the mic, the title, or the seat at the head of the table. But Jesus flipped that.
He showed us that true leadership kneels. 💧🦶🏾

In John 13, He—the King of Kings—washed feet.
That’s not weakness. That’s wisdom.
That’s not lowering yourself—it’s lifting others.
Real leadership doesn't dominate; it serves, equips, and empowers.

There was a season where I thought leading meant doing it all myself 😤
Emails. Meetings. Vision casting. Ministry prep. I was serving God—but I was exhausted and low-key controlling.
Then my spiritual mentor said:
“You’re not called to carry it alone. You’re called to steward it with others.”
That hit me deep.
And you know what the Holy Spirit whispered?
📖 “Moses… needed Aaron and Hur.” (Exodus 17:12)
Even the mighty man of God needed help holding up his arms. That’s leadership WITH people—not above them. 🙌🏾

Let’s filter it through the Word 📖✨:
✅ Delegation isn’t laziness—it’s stewardship.
✅ Honouring your mentor isn’t optional—it’s biblical.

📖 Exodus 18:17-18 — Jethro tells Moses, “What you’re doing is not good… you will wear yourself out… the work is too heavy for you; you cannot handle it alone.”
💥 That’s Kingdom structure. God doesn’t reward burnout—He blesses obedience and shared responsibility.

And then there’s honour:
📖 1 Timothy 5:17 — “Let the elders who rule well be considered worthy of double honour…”
Your mentor isn’t just a voice—they’re a vessel. So bless them, cover them, and give credit where it’s due. 👏🏾👏🏾

You don’t look more anointed by doing everything alone.
You look more like Christ when you equip others.

The vibes? Immaculate.
The potential? Sky high.
But somewhere between your “God, is this it?” and their ghosting or gaslighting, you realized…
