Enough with the lies. ODM Chairman and Suna East MP Junet Mohamed came out guns blazing ahead of the Finance Bill submission in Parliament, calling out leaders who are deliberately feeding Kenyans false information about what is and what is NOT in the Finance Bill. While schools across Kenya continue to burn, students at Migori Boys High School took to their grounds on Tuesday June 9 carrying placards with one unified message — they will not burn their school. They called instead for dialogue, discipline, and peaceful ways of addressing grievances. Corporate Staffing

And yet here stand the students of Migori Boys — young men from Western Kenya telling the whole country what leadership looks like. No fire. No destruction. Just placards, principle and peace.
If Migori Boys can do it, so can every school in Kenya.
This is the example Alliance and every school in this country needs to follow.

Omar Abdulkadir Artan was set to make history as the first Somali referee ever to officiate at a FIFA World Cup. Named Africa's Best Referee in 2025, he arrived at Miami International Airport on June 6 with a valid work visa — and was pulled aside, refused entry, and sent back to Istanbul.
Somalia is one of the countries on the travel ban executive order signed by US President Donald Trump in 2025. It remains unclear whether that order directly caused the decision — but the timing speaks for itself.
FIFA confirmed it will not fight the ruling, noting that a host government ultimately determines who receives a visa and who is admitted into their country.
