Police are investigating the death of 22 year old Consolata Githinji, who died after falling from the sixth floor of a short stay apartment in Kileleshwa, Nairobi, in the early hours of Sunday.
Reports indicate she had checked into the apartment with a man identified as Tony Odhiambo at around 4:17 am. CCTV footage later showed the room door opening moments after entry, with signs of a possible struggle inside. A security guard briefly entered the room at about 4:34 am before leaving. Githinji’s body was later discovered, and police arrived at the scene at around 6:19 am, taking Odhiambo into custody.
The man reportedly told investigators that Githinji jumped from the window after an argument. However, the CCTV sequence has raised questions among investigators and the public, with concerns over whether it was su***de or possible foul play.

I have seen thousands of AFC LEOPARDS and Gor Mahia fans at Archives in Nairobi CBD walking to Nyayo Stadium for the Mashemeji Derby.
