What is happening with the ongoing fuel protests is honestly confusing. Yesterday in Murang'a, demonstrations over high fuel prices ended up with businesses being broken into and looted. Small business owners, who have nothing to do with setting fuel prices, are the ones now counting heavy losses.

My question is simple: how did protests about fuel prices turn into looting people’s businesses? Yes, fuel prices are high and people have a right to express their frustrations. But destroying the livelihoods of fellow citizens does not solve the fuel problem.

For example in the Western parts of Kenya, there were no demos. Only a few PSVs operating, of course, charging higher than usual. Peaceful!!!!

As we fight for our rights, we should also remember that we are part of the same community. When we destroy each other’s businesses, we end up hurting our own people more than anyone else.

Because money can support a home, but it can’t replace connection. If the only thing you bring is income, the relationship starts to feel like a transaction instead of a partnership.

Emotional presence, effort, communication, affection — that’s what builds intimacy. That’s what keeps a relationship alive.

Providing financially is important, but it’s not the full job. A partner isn’t just someone you fund… it’s someone you show up for.

Sons mistake rebellion for strength, swinging fists at shadows.
Daughters mistake flattery for love, offering their hearts to empty hands.
The absence of a father is not neutrality it is chaos wearing a smile.

But when a father stands
With presence, with principle, with discipline sharpened by love

Most people don’t need more education. They need deprogramming. The real danger today is not ignorance, it’s thinking you're informed whenn you’ve only been indoctrinated.

The illiterate of this age won’t be the ones who can’t read or write. It’ll be those who can’t learn, unlearn, and relearnn.

Too many are fluent in obedience but illiterate in independent thought. They've memorized lies, worship outdated rules, and fear asking “why.”

Sheep are easy to control because all they know is how to follow. They were trained that way. Schools didn’t teach them how to think, they taught them what to think. And now, they're terrified of questioning anything.

If you’re still basing your reality on what was drilled into you as a child, or what mainstream systems keep feeding you, you’re not growing, you’re stuck.

Truth evolves. Knowledge expands. If your conclusions today are the same ones you had five years ago, you’re not progressing—you’re asleep. In this world, unlearning is survival. Relearning is power.

Don’t just read books, question them. Don’t just consume information, challenge it. I tell you, those who self-educate, who break away from programmed thinking, become dangerous to systems built on blind obedience.

Being truly awake starts with destroying your former self—the one trained to never question the narrative. If that makes you uncomfortable, good. That’s where real strength begins.

The dog lowered his eyes. His voice was quiet, exhausted:

The wolf raised his eyebrows in surprise:
