Back in the 80s and even 90s, Somalis were lean, healthy, and fit.

My grandfather used to call them 'msomari', loosely meaning 'steel nails' because they were lean and tough.

They used to walk afar carrying wares for sale on their shoulders without stopping.

Culturally, their diets were milk, ghee, butter, and meat (goat and camel). - and since they were nomads, they ate OMAD or 2 meals a day.

But today, visit any Somali neighbourhood:

• They are very FAT.

• Women and boys are even worse.

• Boys have iPhones, manboobs, and feminine hips.

• Children are obese, with a fatty liver, autism and ADHD.

• Women and girls are fat, lazy, and careless even while walking.

These are not the Somalis we knew.

Somali women were hardworking and sober, while the girls were feminine and respectful.

Boys were masculine, innovative, and courageous. The rough terrain of North Eastern Kenya had made them tough and great.

The modern Somali lifestyle is obesogenic and the cause of metabolic diseases in the community.

It is a destructive lifestyle.

— A lifestyle they copied from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.

Somalis must CHANGE or PERISH.

Somali men must CHANGE or PERISH.

Don't accept this lifestyle.
