A friend calls and asks how much I can sell him a 1kg jar of honey so I say ksh 800he says jumia sells at ksh 750 so because we are friends I match the price, later he tells me he ordered from Jumia and they were professional and prompt. I go on with my life.

Two weeks later am added to a whatsapp group it is to fundraise for his wedding, so this guy wants the money I make from other clients for his wedding. You had a chance to put a coin in my pocket but you took it to Jumia! My brother please add Jumia to that group.
