STORY TIME!!😭😂
So today I woke up seriously craving rice and beans. Like the craving was personal 😩. I got up, did one two things, then confidently started cooking my rice. The rice came out perfect by the way 😌✨
Now tell me why the drama started when I went to buy beans…
I met this woman I always buy cooked beans from and told her nicely, “Mama, package beans ya 30 bob.”
Silence.
This woman looked at me like I was speaking Greek 😀😀
So I asked, “Unalipa aje?” thinking maybe she didn’t hear me.
This woman calmly tells me, “I don’t like people who start my day with M-Pesa payments.”
Excuse me?? 😭😂
At first I laughed because I thought it was a joke. Kumbe madam is VERY serious. Like serious serious.
Imagine refusing to sell beans because someone is paying with M-Pesa in 2026??? What kind of morning ritual is that? 😭
I was so annoyed. I just stood there thinking, is this a business or a personality test? 😭
Anyway, rice ilikuwa ready at home looking at me like, “Where are the beans?” 😂
