Safaricom is planning to roll out a new feature called Shiriki Pay that lets you give someone you authorize, direct access to spend from your M-PESA wallet. For example, if your wife wants money from you, instead of sending her money, she can spend money from you Mpesa up to the limit you have set for her.

In case of an emergency and you are unreachable, she will spend money from your MPESA if she has not exhausted the limit. Same applied to your children in college. If you feel the money is being misused. you can always revoke access.
