It's important to have purpose in life and live a purpose-driven life. It makes life meaningful and often leads to success. Spend time, could be hours, days or months and seek an answer to this question: "Why am I here on earth? What do I need to realize in my life-time, for myself and for others?" When you get this answer, you will stop.being bothered about what others are doing. May be your purpose is in the helping industry ( nurse, counsellor), but you are busy emulating your neighbour whose purpose is in housing- [ real estate etc].

Many of us are driven by wrong things: need for approval or likes by others; competition; jealousy or envy; materialism; fear etc. These makes your life subject to others. But when you know who you are, what God desires of you in the earthly journey, then you will walk and work with focus, determination and meaning. You will not look yonder to see what others are doing for you know your goal! You will.avoid the unnecessary rat race.

Mary and Jayna got into a simple argument. Mary gladly told her friend Jayna,
"William just proposed to me,"
"But you never told me you were engaged to him?" Jayna was shocked, and Mary apologized,
"Sorry, i never told you because i thought he was not serious too,"
"Have you tried to know, if he is a real man?"
"What do you mean by that? i don't seem to get you well,"
"Have you tested the capability of his manhood?"
"We pentecostals christians don't do that, no sleep with each other till marriage?"
"Hmm!" Jayna exclaimed and Mary asked,
"What do you mean by hmm?"
"Don't be deceived by William's handsome face and muscular outlook or riches. That guy is a one minute man,"
"What? Have you slept with him before,"
"No!"
"Then why are you calling him a minute man?"
Mary was furious and Jayna tried to explain,
"A friend who is his mate from the university, told me her friends used to laugh at him as a minute man. He was every girls dream but ended up being a laughing stock by all the girls he slept with. To tell you the truth, he is handsome and rich, but that thing between his leg is useless,"
"Just listen to you when you speak, like pagans do. William is a repented man,"
"A repented flirt right?"
"Just stop it please," Mary was boiling with anger, and claimed,
"My God will proof you wrong,"
"Sorry, i was just trying to make you start asking questions. You are my friend and i know you also repented. There is no need running away from the truth,"
"Which truth, are you the one getting married to him?"
The argument created misunderstanding between them and they became cold towards each other. Mary never thought it wise to question William's uprightness on bed, a man she was going to spent the rest of her life with. Must we worry about our future in the bedroom?

WHAT TO DO AS A TENANT IF YOUR LANDLORD SELL THE HOUSE YOU ARE CURRENTLY LIVING IN.

First, you need to know that It is the right of the Landlord to sell his property whenever he chooses to do so.
It does not matter whether or not there are tenants in the property and It does not matter that they just renewed their tenancy or they are long-term tenants in the property.

He also does not need the permission of the tenants to sell his property.

While the landlord can sell at anytime, the New Buyer or the New Landlord cannot take possession at anytime just like that.
There are laws that govern the process for taking possession of a new property that have tenants staying there.

The sale of the property does not confer on the New landlord or the new owner the right to forcibly eject any tenant from the property.

The Rent you paid to the former Landlord still runs and can't be terminated by the New Landlord for any reason.

At the expiration of your rent, You are entitled to 6 months Notice to Quit.

The New owner does not have the right to start breaking down the building or part of it, in order to inconvenient the tenants.

The New owner does not have right to intimidate you or abuse you verbally for any reason.

The new owner does not have the right to Physically assault you or bring some thugs to threaten you to pack out.

If the New owner or Landlord, Goes against any of this law stated above.

Feel free as a Tenant to Arrest the New Landlord and charge him to Court immediately

Let him come and tell the court who gave him the power to go against the law because he just buy new house.

Ignorance of the Law is not an excuse
