During Mois days in power Kenya had a Ministry of National Guidance and Political Affairs. It was supposed to support the messaging of KANUs agenda and get everyone to tow the line in government. It was led by some bad tempered guy called James Njiru as minister and one Sharif Nassir as his assistant. They had powers to summon anyone who was seen to be out of line and they once summoned Vice President Karanja :).
