SHABANA FC IS BIGGER THAN YOUR EGO AND BIGGER THAN ANYONE.

Everyone, remember that Shabana FC is bigger than any individual.

This badge was here before you arrived.

It will still be here after you leave.

Deliver, commit, and protect the badge.

TO THE PLAYERS: Drop the Village Mentality!

The management stated clearly that the salary cycle begins on the 15th. Today is the 16th.

Imagine being a grown man, a professional athlete in the top tier of Kenyan football, running to text bloggers because your salary didn't hit your account at exactly 12:01 AM on the 15th!

That is not a salary crisis, that is a discipline crisis.

If the heavy weight of this jersey is too much for your character, the exit door is wide open.

Go look for teams with no pressure. We want soldiers, not gossipers!

TO THE MANAGEMENT: Run a Professional Entity, Not a Kiosk!

Sit down, compile the club's balance sheet, and show the stakeholders.

What is the total monthly wage bill for the senior team, women’s team, and youth side?

Where exactly do the millions from gate collections and sponsorships go?

You cannot demand elite professionalism from players while running the back-office on guesswork and reactive financing.

If the books are clean and the salaries are paid as of the 15th, prove it with financial statements. AFC Leopards did it, others have done it too.

You cannot run a giant like Shabana FC on paper-thin financial margins and expect absolute peace.

Automate payments so that by the 15th, there is zero room for stories.

When you leave things to the last minute, you give toxic elements within the playing unit the perfect ammunition to destabilize the team.

OUR ULTIMATUM AS THE FANS:

We buy the replica jerseys . We travel across the country to fill stadiums. We do our part.

We will NOT sit back and watch a few undisciplined players and slow administrative structures destroy the momentum of this club.

Office: Pay on time and secure more corporate partners.

Players: Shut up, stay away from bloggers, put your heads down, and deliver results on the pitch.

Shabana FC is a institution, not a comedy show. Play your role or pack your bags!

Siku moja itakuja kuwa KIMBIKIMBI.

Let everyone play their role. We have played ours as fans. Office, open the books!

Shabana Fc must be respected.

40-year-old Cape Verde goalkeeper Vozinha ameturudisha sokoni .

People lost millions, betting firms made a fortune in that match Vs Spain.

My friend alikuwa ameekelea Spain win in the 1st 15 minutes 😀😀!

Admn alikuwa ameweka OVER 2.5 and Yamal to score 🤔.

I challenge the champions,...Chuor timbe...Nyamridhi....self proclaimed "husband of teams"....22..... Gor Mahia, to set an example to all of us.

Not by winning another league title.

Not by filling a stadium.

But by leading a stadium clean-up exercise after one of their matches.

After Japan's 2-2 draw with the Netherlands at Dallas Stadium, their fans stayed behind and cleaned every single piece of trash from their section.

No excuses. No complaints. No waiting for someone else to do it.

That is football culture.

In Kenya, we often talk about attendance, trophies, sponsors, and rivalries. Yet after many matches, our stadiums are left littered with bottles, papers, food containers, and all sorts of rubbish.

Sometimes we even destroy the very facilities we complain are inadequate.

As the most successful club in Kenya, Gor Mahia have the platform to start a movement.

Imagine thousands of fans staying back for ten minutes after a match to clean their section.

Imagine rival clubs copying the idea. Imagine Nyayo, Kasarani, Gusii, Mumias, Machakos, and every stadium becoming cleaner because football fans decided to take responsibility.

Real football culture is not just singing for 90 minutes. It is respecting the game, respecting the workers, respecting the facilities, and respecting the country.

If Kogalo leads the way, the rest of us, including the beautiful/peaceful/most discplined... Shabana fans, should follow.

Polite reminder: Shabana Fc must be respected.

THANK YOU, OSBORNE MONDAY... BUT THE DEBATE WILL NEVER END! 👀

Under his watch, we picked up some important results, including:

✅ Shabana 1-0 Kakamega Homeboyz
✅ Shabana 1-0 Bidco United
🤝 Shabana 0-0 Police FC
🤝 Shabana 1-1 Sofapaka

The uncomfortable truth? The Mozzart Bet Cup dream died under his watch.

A painful 0-1 defeat to Police Fc ended what many fans believed was our best chance of CAF/Continental entry and silverware back to Gusii.

Some will remember the improved organization, discipline and calmness on the touchline.

Others will remember that when the pressure was highest, Shabana walked away empty-handed.

Personally? I rate Osborne Monday 5.5/10.

Not a disaster.
Not a saviour.
Just a coach who stabilized the ship but never fully convinced the entire congregation.

The funny thing is this: the people celebrating his exit today are the same people who were praising him after every 1-0 win. And the people mourning him today were calling for his head after the cup exit.

Such is life.

Thank you for the service, Osborne. You leave with respect, but also with questions that may never be answered.

Tore Bobe marches on. Shabana Fc must be respected.

OVER TO YOU, TORE BOBE NATION!

Is a 5.5/10 fair, or are we being too harsh on a man who took over a sinking ship?

Did the Mozzart Bet Cup exit ruin his legacy, or did the 5th-place league finish save it?

Imagine if the Arsenal Kenya and Man United Kenya branches adopted a local grassroot team or flooded a local league fixture.

The gate collections alone would transform club structures overnight.

Some of you nearly fought over clubs that:

Don't know you exist.

Will never share their TV money with your local community.

Have never sent a scout to your estate.

Would struggle to locate Kibera, Kisii, Migori, Githurai or Kawangware on a map.

Yet when local clubs play, stadiums are half empty.

To both groups:

You have proven something important.

You can fill stadiums.

You can organize.

You can create atmosphere.

You can market football.

The question is: why only for England?

Imagine if even half that energy was directed toward local football.

Imagine 10,000 people following grassroots football.

Imagine county leagues attracting the same attention as Arsenal vs Manchester United watch parties.

Imagine young Kenyan players receiving the same support that some fans give to players they've never met.

That is how football nations are built.

So my challenge to every Arsenal fan and Manchester United fan:

The next time you spend 3 hours arguing online about Arsenal or Manchester, spend 30 minutes talking about Kenyan football too.

Because if Kenyans can fill Nyayo for two foreign fan groups, then we have absolutely no excuse for letting our own football struggle.

The real victory yesterday was not Arsenal or Manchester United.

The real victory was proof that Kenyans are football-mad.

The real shame is that we still reserve most of that madness for clubs 7,000 kilometres away.

The turnout yesterday proved one thing: Kenyan football fans are not dead; they are just displaced.

You proved you can fill stands and organize match days. Now, use that exact same mobilization power to support local football.

Above all, Shabana fc must be respected. Mbuya mono.
