🔥 RULES OF SELF-RESPECT EVERY MAN MUST LIVE BY

Listen up, Men.

You don’t get respected in this world because you exist.
You get respected because you demand it, live it, and carry yourself like a man who won’t tolerate nonsense.

Most of you keep losing dignity because you’re addicted to chasing people, approval, and crumbs.
Let’s fix that today.

BRUTAL THREAD: RULES OF SELF-RESPECT

1️⃣ Stop looking for who’s not looking for you.
Chasing people who don’t value you makes you cheap.

2️⃣ Stop begging.
For love. For attention. For validation. Begging is for the weak.

3️⃣ Talk less.
Your words should have weight, not quantity.

4️⃣ When someone disrespects you — confront it immediately.
Silence is permission.

5️⃣ Don’t eat from people who don’t eat from you.
Reciprocity is non-negotiable.

6️⃣ Reduce unnecessary visits.
If they don’t visit, stop showing up.

7️⃣ Invest in yourself.
Your happiness, growth, and peace come first.

8️⃣ Don’t entertain gossip.
Men who gossip lose power.

9️⃣ Think before you speak.
80% of how people value you is based on what comes out of your mouth.

🔟 Always look sharp.
Dress like a man who means business — every damn time.

1️⃣1️⃣ Chase achievements, not approval.
Busy men aren’t desperate men.

1️⃣2️⃣ Respect your time.
It’s your most valuable asset. Spend it wisely.

1️⃣3️⃣ Walk away from disrespectful relationships.
If they don’t value you — disappear.

1️⃣4️⃣ Spend money on yourself.
It teaches people how to treat you.

1️⃣5️⃣ Be scarce sometimes.
Mystery builds value.

1️⃣6️⃣ Be a giver.
Men who only take are seen as liabilities.

1️⃣7️⃣ Don’t go where you’re not invited.
And when you do — don’t overstay your welcome.

1️⃣8️⃣ Treat people how they deserve.
Not everyone deserves kindness.

1️⃣9️⃣ Two missed calls is enough.
If they value you, they’ll call back.

2️⃣0️⃣ Be elite at what you do.
Skill, discipline, and confidence command respect.

FINAL WARNING

If you keep allowing yourself to be used, overlooked, and disrespected — you will live a life of silent bitterness and secret envy.

Stop begging.
Stop chasing.
Stop lowering your standards.

Raise your value.
Move like a man of substance.
And watch the world adjust.

However luhya customers & traditions, gives a different mith . They believe that Emmanuel Makhoha may have been sharing the same garden of Eden or having illicit relationship with Mkufi's wife & that maybe the cause. Unaware of the danger,he just participated in escorting the late. “YOU DON’T NEED A GIRLFRIEND — YOU NEED A PLAN”
(The hidden cost of romantic distractions)

Let’s stop pretending:

Not every man needs a relationship right now.
What most men really need is focus, structure, and strategy.

Because love is beautiful…
But poverty is ugly.

And many of you are building romance, but you have no blueprint for your future.

Let’s break it down like men:

1. A Girlfriend Without a Plan Is a Distraction in Disguise

She wants your time.
She wants your attention.
She wants dates, calls, texting, and emotional energy.

But what do you want?

If you don’t have a plan — her needs will bury your growth.

2. Relationships Multiply Pressure — Not Remove It

She’s not just coming with hugs and kisses…

She’s coming with expectations:
Time. Money. Stability. Emotional presence.

If you’re still trying to find your direction,
That pressure can crush your momentum.

3. Your 20s Are Not for Romance — They’re for Building

This is the decade to build skills.
Build discipline.
Build capital.
Build clarity.

You don’t need “babe” and “honey” —
You need grind and focus.

4. The Wrong Relationship Can Delay You by 5–10 Years

All it takes is one wrong woman:

Who drains you emotionally

Who distracts you with s*x

Who doesn’t understand your vision

And boom — your life is now a loop of confusion and wasted time.

5. Women Will Always Be There — But Time Won’t

There will always be beautiful women.
But your time? Your youth? Your energy?

Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

You can’t rewind your 20s and rebuild them.
So stop wasting it trying to “prove love” to someone when you’re still figuring YOU out.

6. A Man Without a Plan Will Always Depend on Women

No direction?
No mission?
No clarity?

You’ll start to lean on her for emotional stability — and that’s when you lose your power.

Because you’re not a partner anymore — you’ve become a project.

7. Love Without Purpose Is Poverty Wearing Perfume

You post her. You call her. You do couple goals.

But deep down, your pocket is dry.
Your life has no structure.
Your goals are blurry.

That’s not romance — that’s a sweet-smelling distraction.

8. If She’s Not Helping You Grow, She’s Holding You Back

Let’s be clear:

There are women who sharpen men.
Push them. Support them. Encourage them.

But if she’s not that kind of woman?
Then she’s just a luxury you can’t afford yet.

9. Be a Man With a Plan — Then Pick a Woman With Peace

Once your foundation is strong…
Once your money is right…
Once your mind is disciplined…

Then you’ll attract women who match your vision — not just your hormones.

FINAL WORD:

You don’t need a girlfriend right now.
You need:

A plan.

A structure.

A mission.

A circle that sharpens you.

Build your future first.
Let love come later.

Because when the man is whole — the right woman follows naturally

HER FATHER MARRIED HER TO A BEGGAR BECAUSE SHE WAS BLIND AND THIS HAPPENED
EPISODE 2

Zainab’s entire world began to spin as she processed Yusha’s words—“I am the son of the Emir.”She tried to steady her breathing, tried to make sense of what he just said. Her mind raced through every moment they had shared, his kindness, his quiet strength, his stories that felt too vivid for a mere beggar, and now she understood why—he wasn’t one.He had never been a beggar. Her father had married her off not to a beggar but to royalty disguised in rags. She pulled her hands from his, stepped back and asked, her voice trembling,“Why?Why would you let me believe you were a beggar?”Yusha stood, his voice calm but thick with emotion.“Because I wanted someone who saw me—not my wealth, not my title—just me.Someone pure.Someone whose love wasn’t bought or forced. You were everything I prayed for,Zainab.”

She sat down, her legs too weak to hold her.Her heart warred with anger and love. Why hadn’t he told her?Why had he let her believe she was discarded like trash?Yusha knelt beside her again.“I didn’t mean to hurt you.I came to the town disguised because I was tired of suitors who loved the throne but not the man.I heard of a blind girl locked away by her father.I watched you from afar for weeks before I proposed through your father using the disguise of a beggar.I knew he’d accept because he wanted to get rid of you.”Tears streamed down Zainab’s cheeks. The pain of her father’s rejection mixed with the disbelief that someone had gone so far just to find a heart like hers. She didn’t know what to say,so she simply asked,“And now? What happens now?”

Yusha took her hand gently.“Now you come with me—to my world. To the palace.”Her heart clenched.“But I’m blind. How can I be a princess?”He smiled,“You already are one—my princess.”That night she barely slept. Her thoughts swirled—her father’s cruelty,Yusha’s love, and the terrifying unknown ahead.By morning a royal carriage arrived outside the hut, guards dressed in black and gold bowed to Yusha and Zainab as they stepped out.Zainab held Yusha’s arm tightly as the carriage began to roll toward the palace.

When they arrived the crowd was already gathered—shocked at the return of the missing prince and even more shocked to see him with a blind girl.Yusha’s mother the Queen stepped forward, her eyes narrowing as she studied Zainab. But Zainab bowed respectfully.Yusha stood beside her and declared,“This is my wife—the woman I chose—the woman who saw my soul when no one else could.”The Queen remained silent then slowly stepped forward and embraced Zainab.“Then she is my daughter,”she said.Zainab’s knees nearly gave out from relief.Yusha squeezed her hand and whispered,“I told you, you’re safe.”

That night as they settled into the palace room,Zainab stood at the window, listening to the sounds of the royal compound. Her entire life had changed in one day.She was no longer “that thing” locked away in a dark room. She was a wife,a princess,a woman who had been loved not for her body or her beauty but for her soul. And yet even in that moment of peace, something dark still lingered in her heart—the shadow of her father’s hatred. She knew the world would not easily accept her, that the court would whisper and mock her blindness, and that enemies would rise from within the palace walls.Yet for the first time she didn’t feel small. She felt powerful.

The next morning, she was summoned to the court where nobles and leaders had gathered. Some sneered as she entered with Yusha but she held her head high. Then came the unexpected twist.Yusha stood before them and declared,“I will not be crowned until my wife is accepted and honored in this palace. And if she is not—then I leave with her.”Gasps filled the hall.Zainab reached for his hand, whispered,“You would give up the throne for me?”He turned to her,his eyes full of fire and devotion,“I already did once.I’d do it again.”

Suddenly the Queen stood.“Then let it be known—from this day forward,Zainab is not just his wife. She is Princess Zainab of the Royal House.Anyone who disrespects her, disrespects the crown.”And with those words the room fell silent.Zainab’s heart thundered in her chest.Yet even as peace began to bloom, she knew the past wasn’t done with her yet.Somewhere beyond the palace, her father would hear the news—and he wouldn’t stay silent forever.

POOR GIRL HELPS AN ELDERLY MAN BEING BEING HUMILIATED UNAWARE THAT HE IS THE CEO’s FATHER

Episode 4✅

None of it was true but she knew it wouldn’t matter. They had already judged her, and it was all because of Lucy
The gossip reached Leonard’s ears by lunchtime, and when he found out who started it, his patience snapped.

At a companywide meeting that afternoon, Leonard Benson walked into the boardroom, his presence immediately demanding attention. Everyone went silent. Lucy sat at the head of the table, smug, thinking Leonard had finally realized Diana was a problem.

Instead, his piercing gaze landed directly on her.

“Lucy,” he said coldly.

She flipped her hair, putting on a sweet smile. “Yes, darling?”

Leonard’s jaw tightened. “Diana saved my grandfather’s life without asking for anything in return,” he said, his voice loud and clear. “She is more of a human being than you will ever be.”

The room fell into dead silence. Lucy’s smile vanished instantly. Diana’s heart skipped a beat.

Leonard wasn’t done. He turned to the rest of the room.

“If I hear one more word about Diana that isn’t work-related, I’ll personally fire the person responsible.”

Murmurs spread through the employees. Lucy’s face burned with humiliation. She had never been spoken to like this before. Leonard Benson had humiliated her in front of everyone.

At that moment, Diana felt something stir in her heart. She had never had anyone stand up for her like that before. She looked at Leonard, her eyes softening.

Maybe… maybe he wasn’t as cold as she thought.

Lucy marched straight into Leonard’s office, slamming the door behind her.

“How dare you embarrass me like that?” she shrieked.

Leonard barely looked up from his desk. “You should watch your tone, Lucy.”

“Watch my—Leonard, people have always seen me as your future wife. Do you know what this does to my image?”

Leonard finally looked at her, his expression icy cold.

“You should have thought about that before you started a campaign of lies against someone who did nothing to you,” he said sharply.

Lucy’s lips trembled. “You’re choosing her over me?”

Leonard sighed, rubbing his temple. “Lucy, you know we were never together.”

Lucy froze.

“We have never dated,” Leonard continued. “I never asked you to be my girlfriend. I never gave you a reason to think we were more than acquaintances.”

Lucy staggered back as if she had been slapped.

“So stop being possessive, Lucy,” Leonard said, his voice firm. “I have never belonged to you.”

Lucy’s hands shook. She had spent years in his shadow, building an image of a relationship that never existed, thinking since he hadn’t opposed the rumors before, it would probably become true one day.

And now, with just a few words, he had shattered it completely.

Without another word, she stormed out of the office, her face red with anger.

As days passed, Leonard and Diana worked closely together. At first, it was just business. Diana worked hard, ignoring the stares and whispers.

But then something changed.

Leonard found himself watching her more than he should. He found himself waiting for her smile. He found himself making excuses just to talk to her.

And one evening, as they were working late in his office, he finally said it.

“Diana,” he said suddenly, leaning against his desk.

She looked up from her laptop. “Yes?”

He hesitated for a second—just a second—then said, “Go out with me.”

Diana’s fingers froze over the keyboard. Her heart stopped for a moment. She blinked rapidly, thinking she had misheard.

“Wait, what?”

Leonard chuckled. “I said, go out with me.”

Diana’s breath caught in her throat. Leonard Benson—the man she had seen in magazines, the man every woman in the city dreamed of—was asking her out.

She stared at him. “Are… are you serious?”

Leonard smirked. “I don’t joke about things like this.”

Diana’s hands clenched into fists. “I… I don’t know if I can. This is too much. You’re… you’re Leonard Benson.”

“I’m just…”

“Just what?” Leonard interrupted. “Just a girl who helped my grandfather when no one else did? Just a girl who refused money because she wanted to earn her own way?”

Diana’s heart pounded in her chest.

“But what about Lucy?” she asked.

Leonard reached for her hand, his touch warm and steady.

“Lucy is the daughter of my late father’s friend,” he said softly. “Our relationship isn’t what you think.”

Diana searched his eyes, looking for any sign of dishonesty—but she found none.

And slowly, hesitantly, she nodded.

“Okay,” she whispered. “I’ll go out with you.”

Leonard smiled. And at that moment, everything changed.

When Grandpa Benson found out that Leonard and Diana were dating, he was overjoyed.

“This is wonderful news!” he declared, clapping his hands together. “Finally, my grandson has opened his eyes to see what is right before him.”

He adored Diana. From the moment she had selflessly helped him in the boutique, he had known she was special.

But the rest of the world—they weren’t as kind.

Within days, celebrity gossip sites exploded with headlines:

LEONARD BENSON: BILLIONAIRE CEO CAUGHT BETWEEN TWO WOMEN
IS LEONARD A PL***OY CEO ALLEGEDLY DATING HIS SENIOR MANAGER? HIS SECRETARY?
LUCY WILLIAMS, LEONARD’S LONGTIME COMPANION, LOSES HER SPOT TO A NOBODY

The media frenzy painted Leonard as a cheating pl***oy, and the rumors spread like wildfire.

Lucy used this as an opportunity.

She went to every reporter she could, pretending to be the heartbroken woman Leonard had betrayed.

“Oh, Leonard and I have been together for years,” she lied in an interview. “I never thought he would replace me with a—” she stopped dramatically. “Well, you know…”

Everyone understood her hidden insult. She was calling Diana a nobody. A gold digger.

And Lucy’s plan almost worked.

Until.

Mr. Benson was not a man to be played with.

The day after Lucy’s interview, he called a press conference in front of the Benson estate. Cameras flashed. Reporters crowded in. The world watched live.

And Mr. Benson cleared his throat, his voice firm and strong.

“I am here to set the record straight,” he said. “My grandson Leonard Benson is not dating two women.”

Murmurs spread through the crowd.

“I want the world to know that Lucy has never been in a relationship with my grandson. She is nothing more than a family friend,” Mr. Benson said coldly.

Lucy, watching from her penthouse, screamed in frustration.

But Mr. Benson wasn’t done.

“My grandson has only one woman in his life,” he continued. “And I want everyone to know that I only have one daughter-in-law.”

He smiled warmly and gestured toward the side.

Diana, standing nervously in a simple but elegant dress, was brought forward.

“I want my grandson to marry Diana,” Mr. Benson declared. “She is the kind of woman Leonard needs in his life.”

The crowd went wild.

Lucy’s jaw dropped.

Diana gasped. “Wait, what?!”

The flashes of cameras blinded her. Reporters yelled questions.

Leonard turned toward her, studying her reaction. He hadn’t proposed yet—but he had thought about it. And hearing his grandfather say it out loud made him realize something.

He wanted to marry her.

Lucy, watching from her penthouse, gritted her teeth in rage. Diana wasn’t just taking Leonard from her. She was taking everything she had built.

And there was only one person left who could stop this.

Lucy picked up her phone and dialed quickly.

The voice on the other end answered sharply. “Lucy. How are you?”

Lucy forced herself to sound calm. “Lady Margaret,” she said sweetly. “I thought you should know… a gold digger is after your son.”

There was a pause. Then Lady Margaret—Leonard’s powerful, aristocratic mother—spoke coldly.

“Explain.”

Lucy smirked. “Her name is Diana. She’s a nobody. A social climber. She tricked Grandpa Benson into thinking she’s innocent, and now… he wants her to marry Leonard.”

There was silence.

But then Lady Margaret’s voice came through cold and sharp.

“I’ll be on the next flight home.”

Lucy smiled.

Diana had no idea what was coming for her.

THE NIGHT I SLEPT WITH MY STEPSON, THAT DESTROYED EVERYTHING
(Episode 1)

My name is Grace. I never thought my life would turn out like this.

I met Daniel when I was 34 years old. I was working in a small pharmacy in town. He came in one day to buy medicine for his son. He looked tired and worried. I remember asking him if everything was okay. He said, “My boy has a fever. I’ve been up all night.” He smiled a little, and something in his eyes made me feel warm inside.

Daniel came back the next day. And the next. Soon, we started talking more. He told me he was a single father. His wife left him when their son, Kelvin, was just 6 years old. She ran away with another man and never came back. I felt sorry for him. He was raising a child all alone.

We became friends first. Then one evening, he asked me out for dinner. I said yes. That night, he held my hand and said, “You are the kind of woman I’ve been praying for.” I felt special. No man ever made me feel that way before.

After one year of dating, we got married. I moved into his house, and that’s when I met Kelvin properly. He was 15 at the time. A quiet boy. He didn’t smile much. He didn’t talk to me. I tried to be nice, but he kept his distance.

Daniel told me, “Give him time. He’s just trying to protect his heart.”

So I waited. I cooked his favorite food. I bought him gifts. I asked about his school. Slowly, Kelvin started opening up. One day, he called me “Mum.” That word touched my heart deeply. I wasn’t his real mother, but I promised myself I would love him like my own.

At first, our home was peaceful. Daniel and I were happy. We laughed, we played, we made plans for the future. But slowly, things began to change.

Daniel became distant. He stopped sleeping in our room. He said he was “tired.” He said he had “a lot on his mind.” He stopped holding me, stopped looking at me like he used to. I felt like a stranger in my own home.

I cried many nights. I tried to talk to him, but he just got angry. He would say things like, “You’re too emotional,” or “Stop disturbing me.” I started feeling alone, even though I was married.

But there was one person who still saw me — Kelvin.

He noticed when I was sad. He would help me with housework. He would sit with me and talk. Sometimes he would say, “Mum, you look beautiful today.” That small sentence meant the world to me.

I didn’t see it as anything at first. I just thought, “What a kind boy.”

But I was wrong.

Something dangerous was slowly growing between us… and I didn’t know how to stop it.
As time went on, things got worse between Daniel and me.

He was hardly ever home. When he came back, he barely spoke to me. Sometimes I would ask him, “Daniel, are you seeing another woman?” And he would shout, “Must everything be about another woman? You’re too insecure!”

I stopped asking. I stopped talking. I just went quiet.

I became like a housemaid. I cooked. I cleaned. I smiled for visitors. But inside, I was empty. I felt like I was fading away, like I didn’t matter anymore.

But then there was Kelvin.

He had just turned 25. He was in his final year in the university. He had grown into a strong, responsible man. And more than anything, he had a good heart. Whenever he came home on weekends, he would help me with everything. He would say, “Mum, go and rest, I’ll do the dishes.” Or, “Mum, you need to eat first. You’re not a robot.”

One evening, I was in the kitchen cooking. I didn’t know Kelvin was watching me. I was wearing my old wrapper and sweating from the heat. He suddenly said, “You know, Mum, you’re still very beautiful.”

I froze.

I turned and looked at him. “What did you say?”

He smiled and said, “I’m serious. You’re always taking care of everyone else. You forget about yourself.”

I laughed it off and told him to go and read his books. But my heart… my heart was beating fast.

No one had called me beautiful in years. Not Daniel. Not anyone.

After that day, things started to change. Slowly.

Kelvin would sit very close to me when we watched TV. If I was crying after a fight with Daniel, he would hold my hand and tell me I didn’t deserve to be treated that way. Sometimes he would wipe my tears and say, “If I were older, I would never treat you like this.”

I told myself to stop these feelings. I begged God. I said, “This is wrong. This is my son. I raised him.”

But my heart didn’t listen.

One night, Daniel didn’t come home. Again.

It was raining. Heavy thunder. The power went out. I lit a candle and sat in the living room. I was cold, tired, and lonely. Then Kelvin came out of his room and sat beside me. He wrapped a blanket around me and said, “Don’t worry, I’m here.”

I looked at him. And in that moment, I didn’t see a boy. I saw a man. A man who cared. A man who saw me.

He looked into my eyes and said, “Mum… Grace… you don’t have to suffer like this.”

He touched my cheek.

And I didn’t stop him.

That night changed everything.

MARRIED TO A GHOST 1️⃣
***********************
“I never knew that my husband was the one who k!lled all my 8 children until one midnight that I caught him drinking our house girl's bl00d and when I screamed at his name, he stared at me fur!ously with red eyes and I slumped instantly.
“When I woke up the next morning, I couldn't remember what happened the last night and our house girl was nowhere to be found...
“Ever since Mrs. Ebuka got married to Chief. Ebuka whenever she gave birth that child must certainly die 3 days after she gave birth, and she has given birth to 8 children and they all died, so because of that she had to stop giving birth. Luckily for them, they had only one surviving child whom they got accidentally when they were in university before they got married.
“Chief Ebuka, h@ted his wife for refusing to give birth after she lost 8 children.
“Woman, I am your husband, I paid your bride price, I see no reason why you always prevented yourself from getting pregnant. Said Chief Ebuka.
“I am fed up with getting pregnant, since we got married I have given birth to 8 children and they all died and you never do or say anything about it and whenever I said we should go and find out what's responsible for the k!lling of our babies, but you always told me to leave it, that it is obvious we were destined to have only one child, so why are you d!sturbing me to get pregnant again?. Mrs. Ebuka asked
“I am not complaining about the death of our Children, as long as you're my wife and you're living under my roof you've to do whatever I ask you to do, so I want you to get pregnant before this month runs out. Said Chief Ebuka.
“But why do you still want me to get pregnant, in which we've lost 8 children and you said that we were destined to have only one child? Mrs. Ebuka asked.
“That's my business, not yours, you just have to do whatever I ask you to do.
“My dear husband, I always granted your requests but you see this one you just requested is not going to be possible. I would rather divorce you than get pregnant for you again. I lost 8 children and you don't do anything about it and you still expect me to get pregnant for you, it will never happen. said Mrs. Ebuka
“Very well then, We shall see. Chief. Ebuka replied.
“Oga, go and sit down you can not do anything. Mrs Ebuka responded.
“One day, Mrs. Ebuka went out and it was only Chief Ebuka and their house girl Ada who were left in the house.
“Ada, I want to have a word with you, said Chief Ebuka.
“Please Sir, go ahead. Said, Ada
“Ada, you've been working for us for a good 5 years now and you know the circumstances my wife and I have gone through. So please I want you to do something very significant for me and I will pay you handsomely for it. Said Chief Ebuka.
“Please Sir, what's that Sir?
“I want you to get pregnant for me. Said Chief Ebuka
“Godforb!d I will never do that Sir, that might ru!n my life, I can't b-tray your wife. Ada responded.
“Ada, don't worry about my wife, I am just desperate to have another child, and my wife is no longer ready to give birth.
“Please Sir, I can't do it, your wife gave birth to 8 children and they all d!ed and you didn't do anything about it. Please, Sir, I can't ru!n my life. Ada replied

“Okay fine, I will pay you 500k just to get pregnant for me.
“Sorry Sir, No deal. I can't b3tray your wife because of 500k she's a very good woman, she took good care of me like her daughter. Ada responded.
“Ada, please I will give you N1 million. please just agree to get pregnant for me.

“Oh!!. Really. No problem. Ada, I swear, you will forever regret this life-changing opportunity that you just turned down. Said Chief Ebuka.
“ Please, I don't welcome such an opportunity. Because such an opportunity can easily ru!n my life forever, I will never regret it. Ada responded.

She thought her husband had gone to rest room, so she waited for her husband to come out from the restroom so that she could go to the restroom but her husband didn't come out, she went to the restroom and her husband was not there, she walked to their parlor and she didn't find her husband. So she tiptoed to Ada's room and she was shocked by what she saw her husband doing.
She saw their house girl's co**se on the floor while her husband was sitting on the ground drinking their house girl's bl00d.
“Ebukaaaaa!!. What are you doing to Ada? Mrs Ebuka screamed out her husband's name heavily and her husband turned and stared at her fur!ously with red eyes and she fell and slumped.
