CHICKEN RASSOLES
Ingredients
- chicken mince 500g
- egg 1
- medium greated carrot
- medium greated zucchini
- chopped parsley
- grated chender cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Method
In a bowl mix all ingredients well
Make nice cakes using your hands,
Heart some oil in a frying pan then cook your Rassoles to blown both sides.
In a medium hot oven transfer your cooked Rassoles juts to make sure they are cooked we well inside
Serve with salads as hot lunce dish.

HOME MADE GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS

1kg whole Oats
200g pamkin seeds
200gs sunflower seed
100g cashew nuts
100gs Almond
300g butter
250g honey
300gs dried fruit

METHOND

Melt butter and honey together in a pan.
In big mixing bowl put the oat , seeds and crushed nuts and add the melted butter and mix gently until we'll mixed. Put the oat mix on a large baking tray and spread evenly. In a mideum oven bake the granola as uyou keep stirring every now and then to avoid burning.
Bake until it's golden brown in colour. Let it cool before adding the chopped dried mix fruit.
Keep in un airtight container.
