Join me for a deeply nourishing 75-minute experience where rest becomes the ritual 🕊️

We’ll begin with a gentle transition into 25 minute Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), allowing your body and mind to melt into deep relaxation. No movement required, just lying down and receiving.

From there, you’ll be bathed in an immersive sound healing journey with instruments designed to support energetic clearing, nervous system regulation and emotional reset.

Yoga is a way of reconnecting with the body, a sacred pause from the external world so we can enter the internal ✨

It invites us to truly witness what is present within.
To breathe deeply, expansively, grounding into Mother Earth and rising toward our highest self.

Yoga quiets the mind.
It softens the worry.
It teaches us presence, not just on the mat but in everyday life.
A way to live more grounded.

Being present and in this moment is something we rarely do.
Our minds often drift to the past or race ahead to the future. But to truly be here now, to sit in the present is something sacred.

Recently, I’ve been observing my own mind. I noticed that when I’m faced with discomfort or strong emotions, my instinct is to escape; sometimes to childhood memories, sometimes to imagined futures. But instead of helping, this only deepens the pain.

Somatic practices have been a blessing.
They’ve taught me how to stay with what arises, to recognize that discomfort is okay. Sadness is okay. Anger is okay. I can feel these sensations in my body without getting lost in the story behind them. When we allow emotion without clinging to the narrative, it moves. It passes. It speaks... and then it leaves.

✨ I hope this reminds you that all emotions are welcome. Even the uncomfortable ones. They’re messengers - not enemies.

Hey beautiful Mama’s 🌟 I remember all too well the days when the chaos of motherhood left me feeling completely exhausted 😴

I would wake up to the sound of little feet pattering down the hall and before I even had a chance to stretch, my day was already in full swing.

However, when I truly embraced the power of mindfulness I started to witness profound changes in my everyday life.

🌬️Morning Breathwork - each morning I set a few minutes aside for deep breathing. Just me, my breath, and a moment of peace before the whirlwind began. It was like hitting a reset button for my mind and body 🧘‍♀️ (I even do this while the kettle is boiling)

🍃 Mindful Walking - afternoon walks became more than just a way to burn off energy. They transformed into little adventures where we noticed the beauty around us 🌼 the rustling leaves, the chirping birds, a little cat pattering across the street. These moments of connection with my kids were priceless, grounding us all in the present moment ✨

📝 Evening Gratitude Journaling - at night, after tucking in the my kiddies, I often sit with a warm cuppa and jot down three things I am grateful for. This simple practice brings so much positivity into my life, helping me focus on the good even on the toughest days 🦋

These small shifts made a huge difference in my life, and I want to share this with you! 🌿
