Kenya and Uganda to Jointly Own Kenya Pipeline Company Shares
President William Ruto announced on Sunday that Kenya and Uganda will jointly own shares in the Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) after its privatization process is finalized.

Speaking during an investment tour in Uganda, President Ruto stated that the Kenyan government plans to publicly list KPC shares on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE). This will allow Uganda to invest in the company as part of a wider regional investment strategy.

Ruto emphasized that a new cooperation framework was recently ratified during a joint ministerial meeting in Nairobi, where both nations agreed to jointly own the critical infrastructure.

"The ministers were in Nairobi last week and I have given the necessary guidance on the need for Uganda and Kenya, both public and private, to jointly own the Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC)," Ruto said, thanking his counterpart, President Yoweri Museveni, for the agreement.

The President confirmed that Kenya will proceed with divesting 65 per cent of its stake in KPC, opening a significant portion for regional investors.

"The government of Kenya will be divesting 65 per cent, and I want to tell you that the government of Uganda is prepared to co-invest with us because KPC is not just a Kenyan facility but also a regional facility," he added.

Veteran Politician and Former Minister Joseph Munyao Dies at 85.

Joseph Munyao, a former Cabinet Minister for Livestock and Fisheries Development and immediate former Member of Parliament for Mbooni, has passed away. Munyao, who was 85, died on Saturday afternoon, November 22, 2025, while undergoing treatment at a Nairobi hospital.

The news of his death prompted an outpouring of tributes from leaders, including Makueni Governor Mutula Kilonzo Junior.

In his condolences, Governor Kilonzo praised Munyao as a "dedicated leader" who served the nation with "humility" and remained deeply committed to the welfare of his constituents. "His contribution to leadership and development will be remembered with great respect. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his family find strength and comfort during this difficult time," the Governor stated.

Wiper Patriotic Front leader Kalonzo Musyoka also expressed profound sadness. "I am deeply saddened as I join the Munyao family, friends, and the Nation in mourning the passing of Hon. Joseph K. Munyao," Musyoka said. He remembered the former Minister as a "quiet yet powerful presence, humble, disciplined, and always placing the service of others above himself." Musyoka added that Munyao "carried himself with humility, grace, and a deep respect for all," noting that his presence "anchored every room he entered."

MC Pilipili, as widely recognised, had travelled to Dodoma, where he was scheduled to perform his emcee duties this evening, but unfortunately, death unexpectedly cut short his life.

Confirming his death, the Medical Officer in Charge of Dodoma General Hospital, Ernest Ibenzi, stated that MC Pilipili was brought to the hospital already deceased.

The deceased leaves behind a wife and a child.

SEEN : Drama in Nairobi as ‘Mama fua' refuses to leave man’s house.

A man identified as Kelvin Kimani left Netizens bewildered after he narrated how a ‘mama fua‘ known as Viola Akoth has refused to leave his house and 'forcefully' assumed wifely roles.

Speaking during a podcast, the visibly shocked Kimani who lives in Umoja estate, Nairobi, explained how it all started.

“So Akoth has been my mama fua' for around four years. She has been coming to my place to do the laundry, cooking, and to ensure everything is in order. I must admit that she is too beautiful for the job and her work has been perfect all these years,” he narrated
He continued,” So last weekend, on Saturday, something unusual happened. I got to my house at around 8 pm and I found her in my house seemingly not in a hurry to leave.”

According to Kimani, he was shocked. This was a rare scene as the mama fua was used to leaving the house by 6 pm.

"What surprised me more was that the food was unusually good and presented so well…not to say that she was donning a suggestive dress…damn!. As usual, my rule number one is to stick to my principles.

“I requested her to leave as it was getting late. I even offered to get a cab for her but she insisted that she was going to spend the night at my place.”

Left with no choice, Kimani ushered Mama fua into one of the guest rooms, which she gladly accepted. He further instructed me to leave early the following day.

“I instructed her to leave early the following Day but…….I was woken by her singing in the kitchen while preparing breakfast. I was literally annoyed, but the situation was so fragile.

“I patiently waited until it was time for breakfast, and this was her confession, ‘ Boss I’ve served you all these years. I know you well. I know hauna dem, hauna Bibi hauna hata mtoto. Trouble in paradise for our brother! 😭💔

Cameroon and Dynamo Moscow player, Nicolas Moumi Ngamaleu, has reportedly landed in serious trouble after his girlfriend caught him with another woman.

According to reports, his main girlfriend, Nikki Seey, had gone over to his house and knocked several times, but Ngamaleu refused to open the door. He allegedly told her he couldn’t open up because his uncle was inside. 😅

Unluckily for him, someone had already tipped Nikki off that he was with another lady. She didn’t waste time — she showed up with the police, and they forced their way into the house, catching Ngamaleu in bed with the other woman.
