Here is a shocking stat: It will take up to 2156 to achieve full gender parity. That means that none of us alive will be around to see it. So the question we asked ourselves was why would it take that long to achieve gender parity?
We arrived at one thing: Conplacency. Whether individually or in the collective herd, as long as it doesn’t affect us individually, we are gappy to be see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil. That’s NOT how to accelerate action. Take part.
