SMART ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND GROWTH.
There are millions of able and willing young people I meet every day who demonstrate unequalled potential to turn around the future of this World. These people are ambitious, talented and intelligent but as time goes on they seem to make no real progress.
Beautiful but unpolished flowers, we will call them. An artist approached a few days ago listing to me endless plans: he wanted an art gallery, to document the local community through the past and the next fifty years. That is unrivalled Ambition for any artist. But unfortunately he could not truly put a grip on where to start. So I also had a list for him: REGISTER A BUSINESS, ACQUIRE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR CURRENT WORK, WRITE DOWN A PLAN FOR YOUR AMBITIONS, FIND THE RESOURCES...
Within the past one week we have made efforts to register as a business and are quickly following up on other opportunities. I cannot express my true feelings about this fellow youth in one moment, but I will mention a few lessons I have personally learnt.
Lesson 1: Youths are willing and possibly able to cause a positive revolution in social, political and economic circles..
Lesson 2: Nobody can do it alone.
Lesson 3: It is a learning process and no one is completely unable to make mistakes.
Lesson 4: If you want it, go for it there are many watching out for you.
Lesson 5: Remember business growth pivots on three major thing; FINACING, FAILURE and SUSTAINABILITY.
