This last week alone, we have had 2 cases of men su***de. 500 cases less than a year. Let's reach out. Be available to listen to issues. Sometimes it's just to listen. Nothing else. Mental break down is real. Don't be on defensive and attacking mode. And don't be on premeditated mode of judgement. Just be open. And then be discreet. Don't go sharing. And then follow up. You might be that savior that person needs.

Every body has value. Greetings in Kikuyu..wi mwega...no one will ever say dirì mwega. Coz there is a goodness deep within all of us. No matter where you are or what you do, the goodness within should be stirred up frequently..No writing board but no excuses.. On this day 2017, we had to learn guitar with these guys hosted at SDA Jordan courtesy of thairu. Guys don't give up in life there is a God of a second chance.
