Rest in peace baba Raila Odinga. A man who knew that "Good things are forced to happen." He forced many reforms in Kenya including the multiparty democracy, Colonialism, the 2010 constitution, and many other political reforms.

Though, he was a fighter, he was also a wise predator, who lived with instincts of survival in every government. He ruled from outside, but benefited more than those who were in those governments.
He was a man of political strategy and economic sabotage.

He knew that his influence over the Kenya's lower class populations had higher leverage in political negotiation tables. He understood that influence is more powerful than just a government position.

He used to say that power is for the people. He was the longest serving people's president who served outside the statehouse.

We will remember his political reforms, influence over the masses, ruling outside the government and his ability to force things to happen.

Let the people's president rest in peace.

We celebrate his acute reforms.

Rest in peace Baba.

Start asking, "Where is the obvious, ugly, daily struggle that people are already willing to pay to escape?"
Problems are not scarce; they are everywhere.
Friction, frustration, inefficiency, time-waste, and complexity—these are all screaming business opportunities.

When you find a problem that is acute (it hurts now), pervasive (many people have it), and expensive (they are already spending money/time trying to solve it themselves), you no longer need to convince anyone of your product's value.

The problem itself has already done the marketing for you.

My focus is on growth, not work. Everyone work in one way or the other but their growth is so minimal.
That's why they pay me to help them grow from that level.
K**a hulipi, that's why you are stagnated 🤔. You stagnate me, you stagnate too. That's God order of mutual benefits.

Anyway, back to the topic.. I see businesses failing because the founder is still working in the business, instead of building systems that work.

With the upcoming of AI robots , human beings don't need to work in the future.

This is why my main work is to study growth metrics ..not to do the work that robots and workers can do.

If you want to grow faster learn to outsource manual things, so as to think as a leader. Not as a worker.

Growth is a very important part of being a leader.

Work is needed for production, but leadership is needed for growth and scaling.

Productivity without leadership leads to stagnation.

Therefore, outsource productivity and focus on Leadership.

Get enough time to think and innovate for the future.

I think growth ...I don't work in a business. It's your duty to pay me to help you grow.

Accountability provides structures for success.

The other day when we were studying the growth philosophy with Pwani University, I came to realize that growth and success are two different things.
Growth aspect is internal while success is external.
Success is what people know about you or your business but Growth is what you know from inside.
Success is a mask you wear in the public but growth is shown when you comeback home to the truth.

Success is visual facts, but growth is the truth with no filters.

You might lie about your success but growth will tell the truth.

If you have grown then you must feel from inside, then you are truly successful.

Because, success is what people say but growth is what you say about yourself.

If you still feel unsuccessful from inside then you have not experience growth.

If your business looks successful but you are making losses. You have not grown.

Growth is what you need because success is other people's perception of you.

Grow...Don't look successful.

Growth is Intentional......
